Residence Inn Arlington Ballston

Nice accommodations, clean room and recently upgraded. Staff practiced splendid customer service. Breakfast was very decent. The serving and dining areas were kept clean and uncluttered.

It was good..However, we found there that renovations process on lobby and elavators..Also..we found that parking charge of $35 per night..it is important to clearly mention these points. I think this is important right for everyone before booking to know that. Breakfast was ok ..not wonderfull or excellent..

Stayed on 11th floor. HVAC on roof was incredibly loud. Not sure if it was because it was cold and snowing but it kept us up all night.

The hotel was under renovation. We were given a room on a newly renovated floor. There was a strong smell of paint and new carpet, causing allergies. The soap dispenser didn't work. Not much hot vegetarian choices for breakfast. Elevators took long time as one of the two elevators was being used by the workers doing the renovation....

Room was clean and staffs were polite. However the furnitures was aged need fixing. The linen has seen better day.

Excellent location and wonderful front desk staff, especially the evening gentleman who was super friendly and helpful. Our room was great, the one bedroom suite was big and having the kitchen was very nice and spacious.

2nd time staying here and it continues to impress us. The rooms were cleanly and the staff was always helpful and quick to address any requests. Whenever we stay in Arlington it will always be here.
