"The room is large and clean. The front desk staff is friendly. The location is not far from the Space Needle. It is very convenient to walk for 10 minutes. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The bus is convenient. Before Queen Ann goes uphill, we can walk to the end of Capita Park. The best place to view the Seattle city skyline. It takes about 20 minutes to walk uphill and is very cost-effective. The hotel is old and has wooden floors. The only shortcoming is that the hot air supply system is a bit noisy in winter, and the sound of the refrigerator is not quiet. The two sounds alternately sound at night...it has a certain impact. If you have good sleep quality, you can skip it. The temperature You can also turn it off when appropriate."

"The location for the hotel was ideal - not far from so many attractions, and all of them within easy walking distance. The food was more than palatable - it was very delicious and there was plenty of it! I think I gained a couple of pounds just from eating breakfast during those three days! I did not get a chance to enjoy the gym, but it looked very good. Would recommend this place highly for anyone visiting Seattle! One note. Paying for parking. You will have to pay for parking under the hotel if you have or rent a car."

"Just needed a overnight stay for an exam the next morning. Checked in pretty late around 9pm ish. Had to pay for parking which was ehhh but it's Seattle. Bathroom was nice. There's a little fridge and a microwave in the room. Left the next morning at 0705. Check out was easy."

"The location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance to South Lake Union where. Meta, Microsoft, Amazon office locate. The front desk staff at a very friendly. The room is spacious and clean. We did not try their breakfast since it’s not included in our booking. One thing to note is that there is construction right in front of the hotel. All views are blocked and a bit noise. The court yard is very good though. I will recommend it."

"The hotel is a descent budget hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. Its location is superior as it is only 5 minutes walk from the Westlake Station and in walking distance to many tourist attractions, including the Pike Flying Fish Market, Space Needle and so on. It is also convenient to travel to other attractions by the city public buses, the King County Metro. For budget travellers like us, it is really value for money. The hotel is clean and safe with friendly staff and owner. The complimentary breakfast was a surprise and bonus to begin a day in a hectic schedule. The new owner has put in a lot of effort to improve its services."
