AabcdehuaThe facilities and location are good, but the bed is too soft and hurts my back. The service is generally decent, but when checking in, an American family was given a welcome gift and a welcome drink, which we didn't get. I'd say the experience was just average. I think the Venetian Blinds Hotel next door has a better atmosphere.

GGuest UserIt was a really clean and satisfying stay! Since check-in started at 3 p.m., I left my luggage at the accommodation and went for a walk along the beach. I wish I could’ve stayed longer, but if I come back again, I’d definitely love to stay here once more.

MmybabychloeThe room is quite big, a bit old, but the quality is very good. The big bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. The elevator is a bit slow because there are so many people. The two elevators are very small and you have to wait for a long time. There is no swimming pool. There is a free private driver who can pick up and drop off within a three-mile radius of the hotel. Bicycles are free to borrow. Parking is valet parking service. Self parking is not allowed.

YyouziziThe hotel is quite large, and Santa Monica Beach is a 20-minute walk away. There's a Big Blue Bus stop right outside, which is much cheaper than taking a taxi. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the metro station, making it very convenient to get to the city center. The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is very clean.

GGrggPerfect location in Downtown Santa Monica very close to many attractions, shopping & dining options. The famous Santa Monica Pier is an easy walk across from the hotel, along with plenty of beach/ocean access. The entire property is renovated & the rooms are very nice, comfy beds and the chaise sofa next to the window is perfect for watching the sunset or activity in the busy area.
My only complaints are that the heated outdoor pool wasn't finished (although a full amenity charge was applied, which it is part of), microwaves weren’t available, live TV doesn't show programs on the guide (just channel abbreviation), cellphone coverage is weak in the room unless you are next to the window.

GGuest UserThe location is great. The Santa Monica Sea is right in front, so it feels somewhat comfortable. However, since it is a 3-star hotel, the facilities are somewhat unsatisfactory. The floor didn't drain properly during the shower, or other than the ocean view, the inner courtyard view of the room wasn't very nice, etc. However, I think I could forget about these inconveniences because the hotel's location is so good.

BBoriykhonThe location of the hotel is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the Santa Monica Pier and 2 minutes to the beach. There's also a Starbucks only 5 minutes away. The shared balcony offers a stunning view of the beach and the promenade, which was one of the highlights of our stay.
The building itself is two stories, and while the rooms were clean, they were quite small. The beds were also small, despite the description stating that the room could accommodate up to four people and that the bed was double-sized. Unfortunately, the bed was too small, and one of us had to sleep on the floor.
The price was very high, but I assume that’s because of the prime location. Despite these drawbacks, it’s worth staying here for the convenience and cleanliness. The receptionist was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early at 12:30 PM, even though check-in officially started at 3:00 PM, which we really appreciated.

GGuest UserThis hotel has a charming retro vibe. The lobby staff were very clear in their explanations and even offered luggage storage. The room was clean and comfortable, with complimentary drinking water and excellent water pressure in the shower. The elevators were also very convenient. The hotel is super close to the subway, right next to a shopping mall with plenty of dining options, and the pedestrian street is just behind it. It's also a short walk to the beach, so the location is absolutely fantastic.

MMelecioThe hotel was very clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly. It was just a short walk to the pier and the beach. Everything was so close and you had the monorail system right in front if you wanted to use that. Overall great experience
