GGuest UserThe bungalows are cozy and clean, breakfasts are same every day without much choice but the food is not bad. The hotel is away from the road so you’ll experience all the beauty of nature. There’s no food in the hotel, so prepare to travel if you want to eat. If you take a bicycle at the hotel, do not lose the lock as they’ll charge you 10$ for it. I felt as I was being ripped off but I might be mistaken (hate this feeling!) Will not stay here again perhaps because of this particular feeling.

DDevshi KaravadraRoom was comfortable and nice swimming pool. No bed side cabinets and not much to put away clothes. Reception closed at 10 pm and no restaurant food room service. Breakfast was good but need to tell them in advance but that was no issue to us. No safe in room. Beautiful resort. Restaurants and other shops on main road 300 m away walk. Heritage park is 12 km away. There is not many massage places in town. Also not many money changer. Overall good value for the price we paid. Hotel organised a car for 500 bt at 6 am and airport is 38 km away. You can’t get many Grab cars at that early.

GGuest UserThe entrance is truly amazing, wow! You can have an excellent dinner there. Breakfast was good (both Western and Thai). The spacious room had great air conditioning. Nice swimming pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely. Our room had a temple view. We wanted to travel on to Lampang, and when it became clear that Bolt and Grab weren't very keen on the trip, the reception arranged a great alternative.

PPympachiI had a fantastic stay at Sriwilai Sukhothai with my friend. The service was excellent, the location convenient, and the rooms were lovely. The front desk provided helpful travel information and tips for visiting historical sites. The massage service was great, with a 15%-20% discount before 4 pm. Highly recommended!

GGatekeeper of HighburyThe hotel is located about 2km from the Old Town. Our room was quite spacious, and the cleanliness was decent. The only major downside was that we frequently found termites in the room at night. The hotel provides bicycles, which were quite handy for getting to the Old Town. However, a word of caution: make sure you're back at the hotel before dark, as the roads around the hotel have no streetlights, and it can be quite dangerous navigating in the pitch black.

There is starbucks at Lobby with 30% off on all menus but we didnt try.
The complimentary drinks and snacks in in room snacks bar are free, we liked the banana chips.
We love the bath tub!
Reception staff was attentive and bell boy is helpful too.
Housemaids were loud. Yelling talking on walkie talkie and also checking their water bottles or anything that we heard the bottles clanking a lot even in early morning. The noise is outside of our room but the maid door was just right opposite our room.
The room was not soundproof.
We can hear every single talk since 7:30 continuously until 9:00 am.
The room was having no pre-check in check up. There are bugs inside the toilets around bath tub.
The aircon was dripping when turn on cold temperature.

FFuguiThis was my first trip to Thailand, and I stayed at La Charme in Sukhothai with my friend's family. The hotel's environment and service were excellent, but there's significant room for improvement with the in-room facilities. The bathroom fixtures were severely rusted, and the air conditioning was very noisy. We also tried the hotel's spa and dinner, which were both decent. Overall, it offered pretty good value for money.

Pph37czThe room was clean and there was fan inside (no aircon). But it still wasn't fresh enough inside a room. It was too hot even with opened window. Bedsheet was clean as well but it was cheap made from polyester. Mattress was tough. They also offer a normal blanket (not just the second linen) and towel (also made from polyester). It was quiet in the room.
As for bath and toilet it was kind of local one but it was also clean. There was kind of hot water (but it wasn't necessary because everywhere inside and outside was too hot), no any shampoo/shower gel but there was soup and toilet paper.
There was no any kettle in the room. Every time you need a hot drinking water you have to go to reception desk to have it. Internet connection was too much unstable and speed was too slow. I just almost had no possibility to use it.
Located in 5 mins walking distance from bus terminal and has an option for bike/motorbike rental.
The staff was accomodating and friendly.
