"We really liked this place, and found it very god value for money. The hotel is modern and very clean, with excellent facilities in the room and a really great bathroom (central hot water system and hot water in the basin!). The photos on Trip.com are representative. Staff speak good English and were very helpful. Its about 2km from the Historical Park (Old City) and the hotel will rent you bikes so you can ride in. There is also a shuttle bus and a stop nearby. There are several nearby restaurants and the one we tried was quite good. Only disadvantage is that there isn't any nice area for guests to sit around in, and the hotel is right on the main road which is busy and noisy. It does quieten down overnight, and didn't disturb our sleep."

"The hotel is old, but it was magnificent in its day, even hosting royalty. The rooms are spacious, and while the facilities are a bit dated, they are far superior to the small, air-conditioner-less rooms you'd find in other hotels at the same price point. The hotel is 3 kilometers from the attractions; a motorbike ride costs 10 yuan. I suggest the hotel offers bicycles and provides two free scheduled shuttle services (pickup/drop-off) by car. The hotel is budget-friendly, the pool is clean, and there are small restaurants and supermarkets nearby."

"This is my fair observation. The location is perfect to roam around Mueang Khao. But if we talk about place, that is another story. The room is laid back, and it is quite dark inside because of the fixtures. The mattress was hard, and the pillows were like the recycled stuff inside, because I felt round particles in them, which is first time for us. The bathroom sink is a bit clogged. The air conditioner has really bright light and noisy. If you are exhausted for the whole day trip, you can actually sleep, but not when you want to relax and sensitive to noise. Also, I honestly don't like the taste of the water they provide in the room; it tastes like there is chlorine in it. The breakfast which you have to pay extra is not bad though, and you must inform them day before. This is our experience, and you don't have to have the same."
