"Very clean room with a pleasent vibe. Stay 3 friends in a room with 3 beds, had private parking as well. Just a bridge away from town area. The koi fish in the pond, tiny swing chairs were very relaxing. Staff was also super friendly and easy going, would recommend a stay if you are visiting Sukhothai, a very underrated small town."

"Conveniently close to the national park and the walking street market, and bike rentals are available for exploring the park. The hotel and rooms are quite traditional and a bit old-fashioned, but very well-maintained. It's perfect for those who prefer peace and quiet over modern amenities. The hospitality and all other services, including the reception staff, were excellent. The breakfast was superb, and all other services were great too."

"The hygiene was absolutely subpar. Lizards and geckos were everywhere in the room, leaving droppings on people and on the beds. The staff were unhelpful, refusing to change rooms or deal with the animals. The hotel beds were tiny, and despite having children, we were forced to pay extra for an additional room. The staff were dishonest; they found a guest's belongings and didn't return them! This place is a dump! However, Trip.com was reliable and actively helped customers resolve issues and fight for their rights. The hotel was truly outrageous!"

"This was our second time visiting Sukhothai, and we chose this hotel again. For us, who love the Thai style, it was a truly wonderful hotel. The staff were all very kind, and we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was simple, but it was more than enough for us since we don't eat meat. Thank you very much."

"I recently stayed at Sukhothai Treasure Resort and spa at the Loy Krathong festival. The hotel is located near the historical park. The property is spacious, with parking available in front of the hotel, and they provide shuttle services to the room. We stayed in a Treasure Eco room, but the room looked quite old. Several wall plugs were very tight and couldn’t be used properly. The cleanliness was average, and the bed was extremely firm, which caused back pain the next morning. As for other aspects, the breackfast offer a decent variety. The staff were polite and very helpful."

"The hotel is located about 2km from the Old Town. Our room was quite spacious, and the cleanliness was decent. The only major downside was that we frequently found termites in the room at night. The hotel provides bicycles, which were quite handy for getting to the Old Town. However, a word of caution: make sure you're back at the hotel before dark, as the roads around the hotel have no streetlights, and it can be quite dangerous navigating in the pitch black."

"This was an exceptionally pleasant family-run guesthouse. I felt welcomed well before I even arrived, with patient answers to my endless questions. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was quite sizeable, bed was comfortable and sleep was no trouble (admittedly, a full day cycling around Sukhothai probably helped). Breakfast was very nice, and they even arranged me a take-away for my early start to get my flight. Plenty of complementary tea/coffee and snacks were available 24/7. Free bikes available to guests were a nice touch. I would absolutely return to Smilingface in the future; thank you Kwan for an excellent stay!"
