"One of my best stays in Riyadh. Beautiful, spacious property, with a big gym, sauna/steam/cold bath, and multiple pools. My room was also spacious, overlooking a garden. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is delicious. Wifi across the whole property, but sometimes it was a little slow in my room."

"The place is beautiful and comfortable. The cleanliness is good. The reception staff, Mahmoud and Mohamed, are very respectful in their interactions. Responses are quick. There's a large mosque nearby where Friday prayers are held. It's also close to laundromats, convenience stores, and several restaurants and cafes like Starbucks, Tim Hortons, and Dunkin'. There's also a Panda supermarket nearby. The soundproofing in the hallways isn't great, you can hear noises. Parking is shared with no dedicated spots, but it's within the same block."

"The room is quite big and the environment and sanitation are OK. There is free parking. There are some food and drinks available for purchase in the lobby downstairs, and there is also a pool table. What's interesting is that the sign for cleaning or do not disturb is actually a small blackboard, and it is equipped with chalk to write it yourself."
