GGuest UserOverall, the location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the riverside, which makes it convenient and pleasant for walking around the area. The breakfast buffet also offers a wide variety of different foods, which we really enjoyed. The only downside was that we stayed during the Ramadan period. Because of this, breakfast service started at around 4:00 a.m. for Muslim guests. By the time we went down for breakfast around 6 or 7 a.m., many of the dishes had already been mostly taken, so the selection felt a bit limited. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. Some of them even helped us change to a better room so that we wouldn’t be disturbed by outside noise, which we really appreciated. Thanks to Khristopher and Bond. As for the hotel facilities, it would be even better if the rooms could provide some additional basic items such as soap or a comb for guests.

It was a great place to rest and recover, ensuring I was refreshed for meetings the next day. I requested a quiet room, and they assigned me to room 2131 on the 21st floor, which was exactly the peaceful environment I needed – I'm very satisfied. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk out and enjoy local specialty meals. Service: The staff were all welcoming and friendly, meticulous and thorough in their work, making me feel right at home. They were quick to respond to guest requests and understood customer needs, providing high-quality service. The latte art was very artistic and truly top-notch.

AAJ & ECCheck in process was smooth and seamless. Room were located at 15th Floor. Room definitely has aged after the many years in operation. All were good, nevertheless. Breakfast next day was the highlight. A good selection of international and local dishes were served. Good variety I would personally say. Sservice staff was attentive and kitchen team delivered what was requested. Definitely will make a return visit to the hotel again 👍🏻

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is great, right next to a park, and you can enjoy the view across the river while having breakfast. The bed was large and the room was spacious. There was a slight odor when I first entered the room, possibly from the riverside sewer, but my nose is quite sensitive. After lighting an air freshener, it was generally fine. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. The hotel breakfast was also good and quite extensive, and the lobby offered dinner options, which was convenient. The front desk staff were very polite.

GGuest UserThe location is convenient. The breakfast was okay but the staff servijg the food was stingy with the eggs. It seemed like they wanted to keep the half boiled eggs for themselves. Instead of serving the cooked eggs on the counter ao that the residents can take as much as eggs as they want, they kept it. They will only only if they are asked. I found it a bit annoying

GGuest UserThere was an issue with the air conditioner. Other than that, everything was good, but some rooms didn’t have a hair dryer or a fridge. However, I was impressed because the maintenance team asked if I wanted to change rooms and directly contacted the receptionist, who immediately allowed us to do so.

AAnonymous UserI booked a Standard Hill View King on Chinese New Year Eve, The overall stay is a decent one, was provided with one King size bed and one single size bed, room was equipped with one mini fridge, one kettle and some cups, tissues, TV but the satellite line was bad as TV line appears unstable, small hair dryer, you can refer to photo I posted for amenities and room view, what I showed is all I got. Breakfast wasn't many choice but good enough, they have laksa, kolomee, salad, nasi lemak, bread

Forced to cancel and never stay in the unit but had an experience dealing with the owner. Although it cant be refunded but lets assume its a good place based on the pictures alone haha
