Delight and delight again. Haven't been so impressed for a long time. Interior 10+, breakfasts 10+, great staff, both externally and internally. The beach opposite the hotel was very convenient with a 13 year old child, it was not scary to let the child go into the water alone. I also want to note the tuk tuk driver from the hotel!!! Both the price and the quality!!! The best place in Sri Lanka for sure!

The hotel’s owner is very kind friendly. She prepared my breakfast in advance. Because, I need to leave early morning. I can recommend the hotel honestly.

It was a great stay in Southern Grace. The manager is really helpful and caring. The view over wetlands is amazing. You can walk to the beach or take a bike taxi.

Not a bad hotel, with a spacious room for a family of three. However, the front desk staff really dragged out the check-in process, making us wait until exactly 2 PM. And check-out was oddly early, at 11 AM instead of the usual 12 PM. There's no real beach nearby; what they have is just rocks, not a proper beach. On the plus side, there's a good saltwater pool.

Very clean rooms and friendly staffs. Their seafood platter was awesome. And good breakfast with lots of of varieties.

We can not say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive to details. We arrived at 3:00am and the hotel had prepared some fruit and sandwiches for our arrival. My wife is celiac and the staff did an amazing job ensuring there were food options available for her. They even prepared traditional Sri Lankan food for us to try. The beach club gets very busy during the day but we still felt like the only guests there. This place has a great island vibe with music and different entertainment daily. We will definitely be returning before the end of our trip.

We were originally planning a couple's trip, so we chose this option. It turned out to be the perfect choice! Decent grounds and responsive staff. The manager is always on top of things, taking care of guests. Individual attention is given to each guest's needs 24/7. The shared kitchen and family atmosphere are a delight! There's a spa and massage salon on site, and a bar with everything you need is right next door, in the same area at the entrance. Those looking to relax are always welcome. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. I recommend the villa and want to return to experience this vibe again and again.

The room is large and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. For the location, there are many restaurant nearby and it takes 15 minutes to get to the Unawatuna Beach on foot.

Service and food was amazing. Rooms could have had shampoo, conditioner and maybe body soap. I stayed 5 nights and my room wasn’t cleaned once. The hotel was under construction with no notice prior. They have no pool but one is coming. No room service. Beautiful boutique style accommodation. Not 1000’s of people like a few properties along.

We stayed there for a couple of nights. The owner was nice and helpful when we wanted to change the room and get a kettle. The room was really spacious. Hot water in the shower. The balcony had a lovely view to a green garden. Breakfast was delicious with a perfect cliffs ocean view! We saw 7 peacocks, a monkey and a friendly dog.
