"From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by wonderfully friendly staff at the reception desk, and our positive impression continued when we saw our room. It was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean and a perfect space to relax in. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm dipped when we looked out the window. We had eagerly anticipated the sea view we booked, but found ourselves on the first floor looking directly onto the main path to the restaurant. The lack of both a view and privacy was a real disappointment. The challenges were compounded by a local festival taking place during our stay. This rendered the beach unusable due to the sheer volume of people. Worse, the road closures made leaving the hotel a logistical headache, leaving us feeling a bit trapped. A final frustration was discovering there were no shops nearby and no convenience store in the hotel itself, so be sure to pack everything you might need. In summary, while we can't fault the hotel on its cleanliness or the friendliness of its staff, the experience was significantly hampered by the room mix-up and the festival chaos. It wasn’t a bad stay, but it was far from the relaxing getaway we had planned."

Daily cleaning, water, tea, and coffee are provided—everything for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are delicious, although not buffet-style. The hotel's location is simply perfect! It's located at the end of Unawatuna Beach, just a 15-minute walk from the main tourist street. The only liquor store is two minutes away, and Turtle Beach is a 20-minute walk away. But the best part is the beach is right across the street! It's a cozy, quiet bay where the waves crash against the rocks before reaching the shore. Unlike the main beach, where strong currents can sweep you away, here you can safely swim and enjoy the gentle remnants of the waves. I'd especially like to mention the staff—they're smiling, friendly, and very pleasant. Thank you for the warm welcome!"

"This hotel is right on the beach. We ate in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The dinner was served on a table on the beach. For dinner there are a lot of fresh seafood and fish options. The breakfast was local food like fruit, bread, jam and curry. I really liked it. Nice clean room with a mosquito net."

"Not a bad hotel, with a spacious room for a family of three. However, the front desk staff really dragged out the check-in process, making us wait until exactly 2 PM. And check-out was oddly early, at 11 AM instead of the usual 12 PM. There's no real beach nearby; what they have is just rocks, not a proper beach. On the plus side, there's a good saltwater pool."
