Nice place and location is great, our stay was convenient, the hotel is near to restaurants and downtown shops.

I've visited Gefinor Rotana in Beirut every time I land in Beirut. It always kept its class. The rooms are always top notch and best view. The reception is also as always excellent, highly trained in hospitality, super helpful and like most Lebanese multilingual. The food and shisha are excellent. Everything at this hotel feels more than a 5 stars hotel. Even the taxi from the hotel to the airport was punctual on the dot (I think the taxi company is called Saad), the reception booked for me a day earlier. It's my go to hotel in Lebanon for the past few years and well always retun back to it.

Was a nice stay, really clean rooms and friendly staff.

This hotel has great service and the location is in central hamra near Barbar and many other main restaurants and coffee shops. The price is affordable and the rooms are clean. This is not some 5 star or luxury hotel and the room is not big. The one thing that annoyed me was the fact that the rooms were very close together so you can hear people talking to each other or on the phone. Overall, great customer service and value for money!

The hotel is magnificent with a very good reception

It was a wonderful trip. The hotel is clean, the staff is excellent, the breakfast is wonderful, the price is good, and the service is very good.

Basic facilities. Room is deluxe but old and needs to reflect more brightness and cleanliness. Compared to the international level, the hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness and quality control. The support was good and the efforts were appreciated but the hotel management needs to invest more to meet up with the international equivalent rate per night. Noting that the conditions of the country are currently defying and keeping up with the basic services is nearly impossible, and the hotel managed to provide the basics from water/hot water, electricity and A/C almost 24/7. Can order outside delivery to the room. Suitable for competitive rates, and customers intending to spend time outdoors as for travelers, young tourists, and regional customers.

Very good, very good, super good, very good hotel, highly recommended, really good, definitely very good, definitely have to believe us, if you don't believe us, you will regret it, really definitely have to come and stay!!! Really good!
