The location is perfect as it is less than 10 minute walk to the atomic dome. We are a family of 4 and we booked the large suite. Water pressure was great, space was great, breakfast was great and service was great and price point is great. Only thing I must say like other commenters is that it is very outdated and in need of updating. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling since there was no ventilation. I guess that’s why it is a very good value since it is really outdated but pretty clean. The parking is not at the hotel but a few blocks away at an affiliated parking lot but they give a special rate (¥1200 per day parking from 2pm-11am). Overall I highly recommend this hotel for the service and great value.

A good hotel in general. Most tourist attractions can be reached by walking (around 20-30 minutes), but I like walking. There is a tram that goes straight to the port that goes to Miyajima Island (roughly 10 minutes' walk from the hotel). It's also close to the main road where all shops are located.
They have a good range of breakfast as well, including the local specialities.
The only downside is the dryer machine. Normally 30 minutes - 1 hour is enough to dry my laundry, but it took around 2 hours, and it was not fully dried yet.

The Moderate cabin size capsule was a lot better with the locker gate right under the bed with lock and key. No more climbing up and down capsules, while noises from other guests were less with more space. It's also located on 7F, so elevator wait times start becoming an issue. Overall I like the Moderate cabin size better. Staff continues to be accommodating with luggage storage
Location was also accessible enough to make 1st ferry to Miyajima Island first thing in the morning and still be back at a reasonable time in the evening

The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a 10-minute walk to the bus center, Hondori shopping street, and Peace Memorial Park. There are also many convenience stores nearby, and it's quiet at night. Although the room is a bit small, it has all the necessary amenities and is clean and tidy. The hotel breakfast is superb, with a wide variety of delicious options, including local Hiroshima specialties. The dining area is also very spacious. You can store your luggage at the front desk, and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is located a bit further from the city center than what I imagined.
Overall the stay was great, the room is spacious, a bit old… The breakfast was very busy (had to wait 5 min before going in), the breakfast buffet has therefore a large variety of choices. No hot chocolate though…
Staff is great ! There is even complimentary drinks and cookies available. I would recommend for 1 night only

The hotel was in a prime location, close to the Peace museum and the shopping street. Checking in and out was super easy with the machine and the public bath within the hotel was decent. They provide pyjamas for your stay which was lovely. Happy hour was a bonus as we got one drink with our stay which was perfect timing when we arrived. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely hotel that surprised me despite reading reviews that the rooms were small, we felt that the twin room was good for an overnight stay.

Excellent location. Excellent service, especially the staff offers help when my daughter feels sick during the trip. The room is not big, but well-equipped and clean. It provides light breakfast with hot coffee/tea and packs of self-baked bread, which you may eat inside the room or in the hall.
I will definitely recommend this hotel!

The location was excellent but the room was quite cramped and the walls were a bit dirty with scuff marks and dust but considering the price it was fine. The guest lounge on the top floor has a great view and free drinks and desserts. Decent stay overall.

The Washington hotel in Hiroshima is positionally one of the best hotels that I had the pleasure of staying at as it is located directly beside a PARCO and a Don Quijote. In addition to that, directly opposite of the hotel is a Familymart convenience store and there is also a Sukiya positioned behind the hotel.
The hotel is also located roughly 15-20 minutes away from Hiroshima station ( by streetcar) and roughly 10 minutes away is a round one stadium.
The hotel’s staff were helpful and accomodating and when my friend and I encountered an error with the check in counter, one of the staff dropped what they were doing just to manually check us in. We would recommend this hotel for those who wish to have great convenience at their fingertips along with a very comfortable stay in Hiroshima

GGuest UserOverall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The bed was slightly smaller than I expected, but it wasn’t a major issue since I only stayed for one night.
One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was its excellent location at Hiroshima Station, and it truly delivered in terms of convenience. It made getting around the city and accessing transportation very easy and efficient.
In summary, a comfortable and practical option, especially for short stays and travelers prioritizing location.

EEuonchThere was a crowd during check-in, but the hotel staff efficiently handed out queue numbers, allowing guests to wait comfortably on the sofas. The room I got was perfectly quiet, which was great! Since it's a business hotel with a high turnover, if you need to sleep in a bit later during the day, you can call the front desk beforehand to arrange a suitable room cleaning time. This way, you can get a better rest in the morning. Check-out is a bit early at 10 AM, but you can pay to extend it for ¥1,000 per hour. The hotel also has laundry machines and a public bath on the top floor, making it excellent value for money. The staff provided great service too. Highly recommended!

KKhabibov IlnurGreat room. It was clean and cozy. The staff were polite and friendly. Free coffee from a machine is available at the front desk. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next door. The room doesn't have wardrobes or much space for large suitcases, but it's perfectly fine for travelers with smaller luggage. The hotel offers two washing machines and two dryers; however, expect queues in the evenings, so doing laundry in the morning or afternoon is recommended. Overall, I have wonderful memories of my stay.

ММаргарита КириякWe stayed at this wonderful hotel for two days. We arrived an hour early, but were told check-in was after 2:00 PM. We left our bags and went exploring the neighborhood! The location is great, with a huge supermarket nearby where you can buy anything.
The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with any questions.
The room was large, clean, and spacious, with standard welcome amenities provided. On the ground floor, opposite the reception, there are additional sets available with absolutely everything you could wish for (cotton swabs, nail file, sponges, razor, body cream, shower cap, comb, extra toothbrushes, shoe polishing mitt, hair mask, bath salts, etc.).
We booked a room with breakfast. There was a wide variety, but it was all geared towards Asian cuisine, so it was quite challenging for us to find suitable dishes. However, these are minor details; you definitely won't go hungry.
On the 3rd floor, there's a smoking area, and right there you'll also find a vending machine with drinks, a water cooler, ice, and a microwave, which is very convenient.
Special shout-out for the Welcome drink! This is the best feature I've ever encountered in hotels! From 2 PM to 11 PM, there are unlimited hot and cold beverages in the dining area (various juice flavors, Pepsi, soda, tea, coffee, matcha, and especially delicious cocoa).
Overall, we were incredibly happy with our choice of such a wonderful hotel! I highly recommend it to everyone! The best hotel!

GGuest UserThough the decor is dated, the hotel's location (right opposite the park) is hard to beat. It is a 10-min walk to the Hiroshima Bus Centre with easy access to major shopping centres and stripes.
There is an amenities basket in the lobby where you can help yourself with sponges (for a bath), toothbrushes and hairbrushes etc.
The room itself is small, but everything is functional. WiFi is smooth and stable. You are able to open the window (slightly like a two-inch gap) to air the room, which I needed to because my room had a musky smell, but not unbearable.
The room / floor is quite so you can't hear your neighbours.
For the price, location and its no-frills approach, I have no complaints.

Toilets and shower were very clean.
All in all a nice hostel to stay for 1 or two nights. For a longer stay I would recommend a different one because the beds weren’t that comfortable:))
