Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hiroshima

Great location. Close to train station, shopping malls and BIG CAM. Hygiene is good.

Friendly staff. Luggage storage is available. Room was compact with sufficient amenities. However, the room was quite dusty including the floor carpet. Breakfast served is tasty and has a good spread. Each day there is some variation to look forward to.

This hotel has a great location, close to Hiroshima Station, making shopping convenient. The hotel is generally clean and new, with a convenience store downstairs. The staff's foreign language skills are average, but they seem to try their best to serve guests. The single rooms are small but comfortable. However, in my high-floor room, I heard some continuous and disturbing noises at night, which is a major drawback. The hotel's breakfast is very good and worth trying.

Amazing, super clean room with great amenities. The hotel is in a very good location and the room is quiet. The room is compact but well-designed and comfortable. There are many amenities available in the lobby, even sunscreen. Check-in and check-out are easy and can be done using the machine. The tap water is purified and safe to drink.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Great amenities and perfect location. I had some medical issues whilst at the hotel and they were so amazing at helping out. They went above and beyond and I couldn't recommend enough.

Great location, 5 mins walk (flat surface) from Hiroshima Station, convenient store exactly next to the hotel. Great service from front desk staffs, proactively assisting guests during check in. Self-service luggage storage available, just simply lock it with the IC card (Transportation card). However, it’s quite full during check out time, consider to use the paid lockers (¥500-1200) at Hiroshima Station if needed (next to the station taxi stand, ＜5 mins walk from the hotel) Spacious rooms, with individual air conditioning/ heater, and humidifier. The room is neat and clean, no weird smells, there’s a window as well. Amenities are provided, located next to the front desk. Overall great experience with Sotetsu Hotel, definitely worth the price.

The location is excellent—very near the station and just a short walk to plenty of food and malls. While the room is a bit small, the design is incredibly clever. I especially loved the bathroom layout where the bath, sink, and toilet are all separated. It made it very convenient for three people to get ready at the same time!
