Everything was excellent! The hotel is new, and the room amenities are great. They provide an iron and ironing board upon request, as well as adapters for Japanese outlets, though these aren't strictly necessary since there are USB and Type-C ports by the bed. A hairdryer and many other essentials are available in the room, and if you need anything else, it's freely accessible at the reception. The rooms are small, but you can comfortably fit everything in. A huge plus is the in-room washing machine with a drying function and a microwave. For guests, there's a lounge area open until 10 PM with complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Transportation access is excellent. There's a tram stop nearby, from which you can reach all the main city attractions and even the ferry to Miyajima. On the downside: the breakfast variety is a bit limited, only pastries, salads, and drinks. Overall, I had a wonderful impression of the hotel.

Loved our stay at Mercure Tokyo Stay Hiroshima. The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and overall felt very high quality. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was honestly the best shower I had during my entire trip in Japan. The free snack bar downstairs was an amazing touch and genuinely made the stay even better. The only small criticism is that the room may feel a little compact if more than one person is staying, but otherwise it was very comfortable and well designed. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a new hotel and everything is running smoothly, though the staff might still be getting the hang of things. If you don't have super high expectations, it's definitely worth checking out.

The hotel just opened, so it's very clean. It has a washing machine and a microwave, and the location is convenient. The only downside is that the tea bags in the room weren't refilled for several nights in a row.

The hotel location is super convenient! It's also quite new, right near Hatchobori Station, making it easy to get to all the shopping, dining, and attractions. The only downsides are that the room is a bit small and there's no bathtub.

The hotel seems to be understaffed when it comes to housekeeping. After they cleaned our room, there were still tiny sand particles all over the floor, and they even left a cleaning cloth behind, along with the old towels. One day, we forgot to put the 'please make up room' sign on the door before leaving. When we asked the front desk if they could still clean it, the staff member was incredibly rude, simply saying 'impossible' and that the cleaning staff had already left at 5 PM. When we asked them to deal with the used towels, they told us to just leave them outside our door and the cleaning staff would take care of it the next day.

The hotel is new and the transportation is very convenient, though the lack of a parking lot is a slight inconvenience. The bathroom has no space for clothes, which is a minor drawback, but the room does have a washing machine and dryer. Downstairs, the shared lounge offers free drinks and snacks, making it a great place to chill, almost like a cafe. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
