The location is great just a few steps from the train station, and nearby a big mall ”AEON”. The self check-in and check-out, laundry machine, amenities, free coffee/tea and breakfast, and the room itself is perfect. This will be my choice again next time if I come back to this area.

The hotel is clean and the staff are lovely. However, they don’t speak English, so communication is done via translation tools. The location is convenient — just one stop from the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for anyone attending a concert at Saitama Super Arena — it’s only one station away!

It's perfect for solo travelers. The shower room and powder room were both clean. It was my first time staying at a capsule hotel, and the women-only area was quiet and safe. I didn't use the food and drink bar, but when I looked in late at night, there were only men there, so I thought it would be nice if the eating area was larger. I was also able to leave my luggage there before check-in, which was helpful.

It's just one stop from Saitama Shintoshin, where the arena is located, and the area around this hotel is full of convenience stores and restaurants, so I had no trouble finding somewhere to stay late into the night. All are good except no lift, so climbing up the the highest floor ever day is no joke.
