Hotels near Saitama Arena, Saitama City

The hotel is beautiful. The environment is quiet and peaceful. Staffs are attentive and friendly. It is very clean and spacious. with around 10 mins walk to Saitama shintoshin station. it connected to shopping center, supermarket and movie theater. Great choice if you are looking for staying away from the loud and busy city.

This was our first time in Japan and we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's a bit far from central Tokyo, but it's right next to a JR station. The room was clean and offered daily housekeeping, but we didn't need it. The water bottles in the room were replenished regularly. However, there was no cooler with clean water for us to fill up ourselves. The staff was friendly and spoke some English. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of local and European dishes. Juices, coffee, fruit, and other items were available. This hotel set a high bar for us and our future hotels.

The staff were very polite when I contacted them in advance, and from the time I arrived until check-out on the day, even though they were busy, so I was able to stay with peace of mind even though I was worried. This is a hotel I would definitely like to use again next time.

This hotel was a fantastic find! The large public bath on the second floor was super convenient, making it unnecessary to shower in the room and keeping the room dry. A 14.8 sqm room was perfectly adequate for one person. All rooms face south, so the futons get sun exposure daily, and you can open the windows for ventilation, which is a big plus. The mini-fridge has an on/off switch, so you can turn it off to reduce noise and energy consumption if you don't need it. The room was brand new and odor-free. If you don't leave your room before 10 AM, they won't clean it that day, but you can leave your trash bin outside your door for staff to empty. No water is provided in the room, but there's a Lawson and 7-Eleven within 10 meters downstairs. On the first floor, you can self-service toiletries, tea bags, and ice cream bars. Electric bicycles are available for rent at the entrance. Getting to Tokyo and Shinjuku is easy, but make sure to take the rapid or limited express trains on the subway, as the local trains that stop at every station can be a bit of a drag. For 390, the room rate includes breakfast and two hot spring baths a day. It's less than a 10-minute walk from Omiya Station. The east exit has Takashimaya, while the west exit has Sogo and 0101 (with a large Montbell on the first floor where you can get tax refunds). There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Windsor Racket is about 10 meters to the left in front of the hotel, though they don't have many new arrivals. Inside the station, you'll find Lumine and Lumine 2, which includes Beams. Isomaru Suisan is just 50 meters outside the west exit of the station. Omiya is also a Shinkansen station, making it very convenient to go north to Karuizawa. It only took about an hour from the hotel to the Karuizawa Outlet. The station itself is huge and often sells delicious and reasonably priced local strawberries, tomatoes, and apples. There's also a branch of the famous Sembikiya strawberry cream sandwich shop inside the station. The hotel's breakfast was incredibly rich and satisfying, mainly Japanese-style with plenty of soups and dishes. The value for money is exceptional. They also offer unlimited free takeaway coffee every day. I feel like this is the most cost-effective hotel I've stayed at in Japan. Staying for a full week costs about the same as one night in the city. It's an absolute steal!

The hotel is new and well-located, very close to JR Omiya Station and the airport bus stop, which makes getting around very convenient. The room is quite spacious at 22 square meters. However, the amenities provided aren't as extensive as those at Daiwa Roynet Premier hotels, and there's no coffee in the lobby. The only downside is the lack of a public bath, so you can only soak in your room's tub. But then again, this is typical for Daiwa Roynet hotels.

Couldn't book a hotel in Saitama-Shintoshin, so this one, just one station away, was a great alternative. It has everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment. The room was spacious, and I really enjoyed the sofa by the window; it was very comfortable.

I chose a room that allows smoking and would recommend it to guests who need it. The front desk staff were friendly. It's very close to Omiya Station, making transportation convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop. There's also plenty of parking nearby, which is suitable for travelers with cars.

It's just a 10-minute walk from Omiya Station, entirely accessible via a pedestrian bridge. What a pleasant surprise to find there's even a direct connection to Sonic City Hall for concerts! During check-in, I was delighted to meet a Chinese-speaking staff member. The room was immaculately clean, and the view from the window was fantastic! The 12 PM check-out time was incredibly convenient for us late-risers. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we'll definitely be back next year!

I came to this hotel to watch a concert in さいたまスーパーアリーナ. It's about 8 minutes away from Shinto Shinto Station, and the environment is very quiet. The hotel is not very new, and the decoration is ordinary, but the room is large, which is very good at this price. The front desk staff are very friendly I am older and don't speak foreign languages, but my attitude is very friendly. There is no self-service check-in. It is a 3-star hotel so there is no entertainment. If you just want to rest, it is no problem. It is worth a try.

Compared to Omiya Ward: It's like Tainan, with its convenient transportation; Taipei's cleaner and quieter East District; Nangang, more suitable for living; or Taoyuan, a pedestrian paradise. Avoiding tourist hotspots and minimizing friction with other tourists, while still offering amenities, convenient transportation, shopping options, and a quiet night, Omiya Ward in Saitama New City is a perfect solo travel destination. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of everything, and the friendly service is a huge plus, making it a very comfortable semi-residential suburb centered around the hotel. If you, like me, have a budget and don't want to go to crowded and noisy places like Tokyo or Akihabara, please consider this hotel in Omiya, Saitama.
