Fukinoyu is a traditional ryokan. They even wrote your name at the entrance and were waiting to welcome you by the entrance. The onsen was amazing! Left my skin soft and supple. The staff were so passionate about their job. Everyone was friendly and accommodating even though they don't speak English. I had a great time and would come back again! The warm hospitality and onsen is the highlight of the stay.

Small relatively small but decent enough to walk around. The bed is comfortable for 1 person, couple not preferred.

Beautiful hotel, with impeccable service. Spacious room with bathroom and separate toilets. The dinner and breakfast served in a private room were absolutely amazing, with every dish and ingredient of very high quality. Large onsen with all facilities. This stay was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended hotel.

First time visiting this hotel chain and it was way above my expectations. Self service checking was smooth and very easy. We were two persons in a single room and jt was a small room but very practical, clean and well function with all the smart details and power outlets you would need to recharge. No bath tub, but im more in favour of a good and spacious shower than climbing into a tub just to get a shower. Picture of the room was as described. Breakfast in the Tullly’s cafe is very practical and way better than a typical hotel buffet. I will for sure use B4T again anywhere I find this new and smart hotel chain.

The room was good. The service was nice, too. It would be a good option.

The sauna temperature was just right, and I loved the self-löyly. The tomato curry at breakfast was absolutely outstanding!

A very family-type business hotel. Friendly people at reception and breakfast No complainants regards the hotel. Location is about a 15 minute walk from the station on a quiet residential street with dining options surrounding and closer to the station.

The room was very clean, there was a large public bath (although it was a little small), and I was able to relax with a welcome drink. There are no convenience stores or supermarkets in the area, so if you plan to drink in your room, I recommend shopping around the station. There are several taverns nearby. The staff were friendly and made me feel at ease.

The view is amazing in the mountains. The pool is smaller than I expected, but the food is delicious.

I checked in 10 minutes early but the room was ready to check-in. The Staff were nice as they tried to communicate with me even though I’m not good at Japanese. The room was nice but when I was looking for an earphone case I had dropped underneath my bed, I found out that it was a little dusty down there. The breakfast was japanese-style which cost only 550 yen and it was delicious. I asked them not to clean my room during my stay so they just hung a new amenity bag at the door for the second night. I also had a chance to use the laundry and drying machines which worked fine. The hotel is near the Iwaki station so it was easy to get the bus and the train. I really enjoyed staying there.
