AAnonymous UserAmbiance: 💯 From the moment you step out of the elevator, you're greeted with a Muji-esque essential oil scent. On the 20th floor, piano music plays, and the panoramic sea view is just incredibly relaxing.
Service: The staff's English is excellent! 👍
Facilities: Everything is brand new! The hairdryer is a Refa, which is quite good and lightweight.
Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless!
The sea view room is truly stunning. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yokohama.

DDiaoxipilangmeilediLocation: This hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location. There's a dedicated elevator from Exit 4 of Nihon Odori Station, and downstairs you'll find a Japanese cafe and bakery perfect for a quick bite. It's just two stops to Minato Mirai with guaranteed seating, and within walking distance of the Red Brick Warehouse, Yamashita Park, and Chinatown. You can also catch the Seabass from Yamashita Park pier for a beautiful night view tour.
Cleanliness: While not exceptionally meticulous, the cleanliness is still decent and meets expectations for this price point. One evening, I toasted some bread, and the housekeeping staff even washed my plate and chopsticks afterward, which was a nice touch.

AAnonymous UserIf you’re looking for a hotel near K-Arena, this one is absolutely worth considering.
The location is excellent, situated in a business district with plenty of restaurants available during the daytime. There’s a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which is very convenient, although it closes at 11:00 PM. After around 9:00 PM, it can be a bit difficult to find late-night food nearby. However, the vending machines offer options like takoyaki and pork teriyaki rice, which are helpful for a quick late-night meal.
The room is spacious enough for two people and offers a great view. The bathroom is large and separated from the toilet, which makes it more comfortable to use.
Amenities are available at the lobby for guests to pick up, and they provide everything you might need—cleansing oil, face wash, cotton buds, conditioner, shaving cream, shaving kits, and more. Pajamas are also provided in the room, and they are very comfortable.
One of the highlights is the onsen located on the lobby floor, open until 1:00 AM. It’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of meetings or events.
There is also a laundry area with washing and drying machines at a very affordable price. However, the dryer may not fully dry clothes even after 90 minutes, so keep that in mind.
The lobby area is suitable for working late into the night. Wi-Fi is strong, and complimentary coffee and hot tea are available 24/7.
The TV is excellent—Sharp 4K with good sound quality—perfect for watching your own Netflix content.
Overall, a great stay, especially for business travelers or anyone attending events at K-Arena.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was spacious, tidy, and clean, with excellent service. Everything was great, except for the down pillows, which I found uncomfortable (I was too lazy to call and ask for a replacement). The hotel itself is beautiful, and the large windows offer stunning views! All of Yokohama's famous attractions are nearby! Getting to the airport is also very convenient, as you can catch a bus right from the hotel's ground floor for 1000 yen for adults and 500 yen for children.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from Yokohama Station, but we always took the train from Shin-Takashima Station, which was only a five-minute walk and saved us a lot of unnecessary trudging – very convenient. It definitely offers better value for money compared to hotels in Tokyo.
The room was quite spacious by Japanese standards, and the facilities were good. It had the classic Japanese unit bathroom, so we could enjoy a relaxing bath every evening after coming back. Disposable amenities were available for self-service in the 9th-floor lobby. Breakfast was very substantial and varied daily, which was a nice touch.
The Wi-Fi was indeed pretty bad. I had bought a data-rich SIM card, so after one failed attempt to connect, I just gave up on the hotel Wi-Fi.
Getting to Disneyland was easy by bus, about an hour's ride, which was much more convenient than constantly switching subway lines. For a round trip to Kamakura, the subway took about half an hour each way.
Yokohama, as a seaside city, is absolutely charming. It's bright, clean, and well-planned. Coming here from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo was a breath of fresh air.

It was just a bit difficult to remember my key and pushing unlock-but great for safety. Just maneuvering all my stuff around was a bit of a trick-but it was a very nice organized place.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk service was excellent. The bed was so soft and comfortable, I slept really well. The room and bathroom were both spacious and very clean. The view was great. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, making it super convenient for eating and shopping. Plus, it's just a 3-minute walk from Shin-Yokohama Station.

AAnonymous UserThe location is super convenient. From Exit 3 of Motomachi-Chukagai Station (Tokyu Toyoko Line), turn left and walk straight. When you spot a 7-Eleven, turn left again. Continue to the very end of the street, and you'll see the hotel sign in the upper right corner. Head inside, and that's the hotel entrance.

JJiatengSince it was my first time making a reservation, I had some trouble getting into the room, but they responded quickly so there was no problem. The accommodation fee was cheap, so I was able to spend more money on sightseeing. There were convenience stores, restaurants, and parking lots nearby, so it was comfortable.
