We enjoy staying the inside the hotel because every meals was verry nice

Great services. It offers free breakfast and parking. The hotel has club lounge, which offers free wine, beer, snacks, deserts, and other soft drinks. Items in the mini bar at your hotel room are also free. The hotel is fairly new and in modern design.

It was a hotel in the mountains with an onsen in the facility area. There was a river nearby with lots off flora and fauna

The female dorm has a security entrance, so I felt safe staying here. There is a shopping area just behind the hotel, and lots of eateries available. The Kumamoto castle is also within walking distance. The washroom's cleanliness and amenities are tip top. There are no complaints. There is also a washing machine and dryer which is convenient if you need to do some laundry during your travels. There is also a female bath but I didn't have time so I have no comments on that. There was also a rest area for dining which is good for people who wants to eat take-away or convenience store foods. There is a hot water provider and microwave, but there was no drinking water supply. (I guess you'll need to buy bottled water, which in this case, there are several vending machines within the premise)

I loved this place. I felt so relaxed and looked after with an amazing service. The room was fantastic. I loved the modern Japanese traditional style. I will come back one day🙏🦚

It was the best place for business people who works at a Univ. hospital.

The hotel room was clean, but a bit dark, and the fan wasn't strong enough. The large public bath was quite comfortable, and the meals were plentiful and delicious. The hotel has a bit of a nostalgic charm. In the summer, there's a waterslide, which isn't available in winter. It's suitable for both adults and children, definitely recommended.

Very good, ideal accommodation for backpackers. One person has a separate room, Room A, which is large enough and clean. Although you can hear people talking next door, it does not prevent you from sleeping soundly. Although the stairs upstairs (2nd floor) are a bit steep, you only go up and down once a day. Check in according to the information provided by the email. If you are not an experienced backpacker or have poor work ability, you should contact the administrator in advance. The location is also very good, about 1.4 kilometers from the station, and instant coffee is provided. The only drawback is that there is no refrigerator. If you go to Saga, you will stay at this hotel again.
