TTYAN42316Absolutely amazing hotel that we just cannot get enough of. The location is in a tranquil little village which we very much enjoyed after coming from bustling Tokyo. The private onsen in the room was on the balcony and overlooking the ocean, so you can enjoy a beautiful view while relaxing, and the food was one of the best I’ve had in an onsen hotel. Room itself was also lovely, we stayed in a Western style room and it was clean and spacious. Would definitely visit again if I come back to Ito.

GGuest UserThe scenery is very beautiful, the room is super big, the breakfast is delicious and has local characteristics, you can also take a hot spring bath every day, the service attitude is super good, half a point is deducted because the language communication is a bit difficult (English level is limited) and it takes a bit of time. Overall it is very good.

GGuest UserThe hot springs in this hotel are so good! ! The six outdoor private baths are all facing the sea, with beautiful scenery, smooth water and fresh air! And there are always empty baths during your stay, so you can go and soak whenever you want. The service is also very good, from the lobby to the restaurant to the room service, every waiter I met is very warm and polite. The response is also very fast. If you have any requests, call the front desk and the waiter will come to the door within a minute. Although the overall decoration is old but not dilapidated, it is filled with the fragrance of tea. The details are very rich, and you can see the accumulation of years. The food is also good, and the illustrated menu is particularly cute, so I took it home and framed it. Every time I see it, I will think of the clear blue sea and sky in Izu. The only drawback is that I booked a private bath room, and the bathtub and shower are on the open-air balcony. Although you can soak while watching the sea, various flying insects have appeared since the second night. I dried a tank of water and was about to soak, but I found that there were insects on the balcony... I didn’t dare to go in the house. So next time I go there, I'll just book a regular room and go to the public or private hot springs.

CcyouennThe 16 videos and photos alone speak volumes about my satisfaction with this hotel! I wasn't entirely satisfied with the room I booked based on the photos, but it was even better in person. It's the first time I've ever experienced a hotel that's actually better than the photos! The food was absolutely amazing! My two elders were blown away by their first experience at a Japanese onsen hotel, enjoying the food every day! Meals like this would cost at least 1,000 per person in China. Highly recommended!

QQiaokelilasinadouThis is a beautifully traditional Japanese ryokan, located very close to the beach. It's roughly a 5-minute taxi ride from the station, and while the hotel offers a shuttle bus, it operates on a limited schedule. The location is quite convenient, with a convenience store just a 3-minute walk away and the beach accessible in about 5 minutes on foot. The onsen baths were wonderful, and the cuisine was absolutely delicious. Overall, it made for a truly relaxing getaway.

LLiorSBBest hotel experience ever. The staff is absolutely amazing and wholy committed to providing the best experience. The early check-in option through the large onsen is incredible and their spa treatment is wonderful. This is a place that must be visited at the very least once in a life time.

GGuest UserWe were really taken aback by how nice the entire experience was at the cost, private bath, onsen, and the facilities were a delight. The photos did not do the rooms justice. Beautiful and practical. Nice staff as well. Dinner buffet was delicious as well, we went back for seconds. The town was gorgeous, great workout, and the locals were very friendly although it’s hard to get to neighbouring areas without a car and the nearby shops are often only open for one or a few days of the week which means you should be careful in your planning if you want to eat out of the hotel in a place that is not a konbini.
