They prepared lovely home cooked breakfast and also provided quality recommendations of what I can do. This place is close to the heart of the city. It's very, very clean and has great security too. Highly recommended!

This is the best you can imagine in Naples, to be in its very center, a step away from the Royal Palace and the San Carlo Opera. A small hotel, converted from a huge apartment, is located on the 4th floor of the Umberto 1 Gallery, built in the late 19th century. You need to enter through the arch from the side of Via Toledo. The door to the entrance is on the left. The ancient staircase is equipped with an elevator. The owner is friendly, very nice, he was waiting for us, but we realized that it would be better to inform in advance about the time of our arrival, since he is not there constantly, but only placed and gave us the keys and a coupon for food in the cafe under our room, we did not see him anymore. The 4 m high rooms have preserved authentic doors and windows, Mettlach floor tiles, stucco cornices of the ceilings. The French balcony of our room with huge arched windows looked directly into the space of a cross-shaped gallery, covered with a high glass roof. Everything in the room is very clean, new. We are happy that we settled so conveniently and close to the opera house we came to.

The staff is very helpful and professional. I had been given a room in the annex that was too small, but at my request I was given a nicer one in the main building. It's a shame they no longer offer parking in the garage, but you have to go there yourself. I've been coming to this hotel for years and have always had a good experience, I recommend it.

First of all, the location is opposite the pier and the new castle. The bus and subway are also very convenient. It is only 20 minutes from the airport (35 euros by taxi). This location is really cost-effective! 😍😍 But what makes me very scared is that because it is an apartment, there is no hotel front desk. The email has always said that the staff will be stuck until 8 o'clock, but my plane landed at 7 o'clock. I am very afraid that it will not be able to get in. Fortunately, the staff waited for me at the end, and the heart finally put down! 🥹 By the way, I praised the staff, because the door was not obvious, I waited for me on the street for ten minutes to pick me up! grateful! 🫰🫰 and also very enthusiastically introduced me to the room facilities, and also sent me a travel guide that I sorted out. ～ Then boast the environment 🏠 The room is bright and clean, the decoration is very new, the facilities are complete, and there are even rare toothbrushes and toiletries in Europe ～ The room also has a small balcony, you can blow the hair, very comfortable~ The small windmill is particularly cute ☺️ There is a coffee machine in the public area, but there is no milk. So forced to drink American 🫢 But in the end, I have to mention that the sound insulation is really bad. Whether it is the sound of washing and entering in other rooms or the sound of listening to the lobby in the room is very clear! And there have been motorcycles downstairs, and it is also very noisy to sleep all night. Another point is that the room is checked out at ten o'clock. The aunt will come to urge me before ten o'clock. Remember to arrange the time reasonably. ～～ Luggage can be stored on the first floor of the apartment. 5 euros a piece ～ Later, I found that the pier also had automatic storage boxes. Very beautiful interior, I love when buildings with history get a new face. Hotel in the very center, perfect location! Residents through the code we got in the message in whats up. It was unusual, so be aware that you need a connection! Otherwise you won't get to the hotel. As for breakfast, I would love to have eggs, ham and fruit. For breakfast only gave a baking, yoghurt and coffee. I don't eat a baking, and one yoghurt is small)))) in general everything liked, I recommend)

Good hotel with a quite nice location compared to other places in Napoli, the room is spacious and clean, I particularly like the prices of the Minibar where they don't charge you triple the price but very reasonable prices, breakfast is included in the stay which was amazing for us, variety of pastries and fruits and they offer the famous things to eat in Napoli for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bear in my mind that you have to pay an additional amount for tourist taxes.
