A very unique structure that positively differentiates it from the typical hotel, but which obviously also affects the space without compromising comfort. Strategically located on the sea, it makes for an extremely pleasant summer stay. A beautiful place where I would gladly return if the opportunity arises.

Excellent value for money stay. The only bad thing about the hotel is that it takes a while to walk. But the facilities are comparable to five stars. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel room was more than twice as big as the average European hotel room.

Fairytale place, but far enough from Portonovo and Mezzavalle if, like me, you can only move on foot and with a trekking saono. Public transport runs rarely and you have to calculate the times well. In high season the hotel has a shuttle service to the Conero. The hotel garden is beautiful and well-kept and the view of the Conero beaches is breathtaking. Receptionists very kind and very helpful. Room with a fabulous sea view. Excellent value for money. Dinner in the restaurant: quality but minimal quantities. Disproportionate prices. I waited a long time to order, a long time between courses. I didn't dare to say anything, but they must have realized it by themselves as at check-out they gave me a discount compared to the prices seen on the menu.

Everyone in the staff always had a ready smile and was always helpful! Excellent views of the beach from the restaurant and the room! We took our meals at the restaurant and food as well as the service were great! For starters, we were served sparkling white wine and some bruschetta! We ordered pasta and vegetable gratin each and were surprised by the large portions! But everything was delicious so we were more than satisfied. About the location, you need to walk up a bit but we did not mind the exercise at all. Also, if you find yourself in Portonovo, you will be a bit far from the city center. So if you need to shop for necessities, you need to drive 20-30 minutes to Numana. The hotel gave excellent suggestions and arranged also for a hired taxi. All-around great service and would definitely visit again in the future if given the chance.

A nice hotel with a full service. Reasonable price with breakfast included. The room service cleaned the room every day. The location is not good because it is on the hill and no restaurant, supermarket nearby, so you need to go down from the hill for meals.

La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, con tutti gli accessori necessari. Ho avuto un piccolo problema con l'aria condizionata, ma lo staff lo ha risolto subito.

Finding the entrance isn't really easy: you have to go under an archway and then take the door to the left with number 5. The man greeting me was very nice and supportive. The room is an easy apartment, nothing special. The restroom isn't private, you share with the other three apartments. The kitchen is very simple, breakfast isn't a lot: old bread and some apples. If you stay just one night, it's completely fine and it isn't far from the nightlife. The price is probably pretty fair
