The room, for someone like me who travels for work, was tidy, with a clean bathroom, a comfortable bed, and well-insulated, offering a very good quality of sleep. "Hotel was easy to find, 5 minutes from Ancona port. The hotel was spotless, the room was quite big and the bed very comfortable. Personally for me was the only downside was the underground garage which was a mare to get in an out of so much so I damaged the front bumper getting out, so if you have an X3 or bigger then don’t park in the garage. Breakfast are was spotless and the staff attentive and plenty of continental fair to chose from. The area feels a little dodgy with lots of immigrants mulling around but we found a street pizza place 5 minutes away which was dirt cheap for a BIG pizza and and chips with a couple of beers"

"Very friendly and competent personell! Beautiful and light room and bathroom. Great view over the Adria, large balcony with table and chairs. Traffic noise from the street below only during the day, at night no traffic and therefore quiet. Breakfast room very elegant. The buffet is wonderful! Good restaurants in walking distance! The Hotel Passetto is highly recommendable"

"Had an excellent stay here, a lovely cool apartment, great coffee nearby, great pizza place up the back. Wifi and aircon both excellent. Supermarket up the road 50m. Top notch communication from the host, easy walk to the sights. Would happily stay here again!"

"Avoid at ALL costs !! Booked 4 nights. The Flight was delayed and got in after the 20:00 check in time. Was not allowed to check in late or even the day after. Did not refund any of the booking fee. Was not understanding at all and I found the replies to be quite rude. I have never written a negative review before and I do hope that I never have to do so again. Poor customer care. Makes up policies as they go along. No regards for a customer. If I could score ZERO I would and still feel that I have been generous. Do NOT book here …….."
