"The hotel's location is excellent,making easy to explore the city. Also walking distance to Braga street, can enjoy nightlife at Braga street just walk through the street, very likely. Room was clean and comfortable,but room is small. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple."

"From arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start. The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well. The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine. Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine. Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better."

"Most favourite hotel everytime came to Bandung. Great location for tourist spot. Lobby Ambience looks esthetic..Receptionist friendly and helpfull..Room spacious, clean and cozy..Big mirror in the room make me feel excited evrytime for dress up..for breakfast they had variety of food to try n taste really good specially their porridge n soup.So in love wth this hotel!!! Surely will repeat again👏🏻"

"Very good impression of my first stay at El Hotel Bandung. Was given a room upgrade and appreciate it very much. The room is clean, spacious and has a comfortable queen bed. Bathroom with a tub is also properly maintained. Only hitch was a bulb in the washroom fused but even after reporting the fault at the reception, it was not replaced. Breakfast served at the cafes were plentiful and service was good. Location is also good with many eateries around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung."

"Old hotel but well maintained. Didn't book room with breakfast coz it's so close to Braga we prefer to enjoy walking for culinary along Braga street. Used to stay in Savoy when I was still a kid, more than 35 yrs ago."

"I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Bandung City Centre, where the highlight was undoubtedly the stunning rooftop infinity pool and its panoramic city views. The rooms are modern and comfortable, the location is perfect for exploring nearby Braga Street, and the staff really have a warm hospitality excellent stay."

"The hotel location was so very near braga street (around 3 minutes walk) but the street is free from traffic jam, so this was a very point plus. Too bad that their parking lot is only available for 9 cars, the rest will be valet in the building accross the street, which will take long since it is a one way street. I was staying on the 8th floor and there was problems with electricity, the room card key repeatedly failed and there was one time where lights on the bathroom won't turn on. Also, the pillow provided was very thin and even though they gave me another one, it is just not helping because it will get squished anyway. PLEASE do replace the pillows, i got terrible neck ache until 3 days later due to your pillows."
