Great
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a central location, and the rooms are quite spacious with a generous breakfast spread. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room; I found two spiderwebs on lamps, both at low positions, and they weren't cleaned during my two-day stay. Also, the toilet wasn't thoroughly cleaned upon check-in. I wasn't fond of being assigned a room at the end of the hallway either. Aside from these points, the hotel is decent. Check-out is at 11 AM.

PP&PGrand Central is in great location in heart of Belfast. Fantastic staff who are friendly and always on hand to help. At reception Matthew warmly welcomed us and we had a wonderful time Saturday afternoon lounging in the Observatory ,sipping delicious cocktails and enjoying the beautiful Belfast skyline. Breakfast was lovely with 2 highlights for me ; chef made me perfect poached eggs upon request - thank you! Also variety of mango, mixed berry etc. smoothies were freshly made and served during breakfast; delicious! Would thoroughly recommend for a short city break and Belfast too was buzzing! Will be back again December!

GGuest UserFrom Belfast International Airport, take bus No. 300 to Queen Street, and it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The hotel is also close to the commercial street and some attractions, and can be reached quickly by walking or taking the bus.

GGuest UserFrom the moment we stepped into The Hampton at Hilton Cental we were made very welcome. The check-in was a pleasure and very efficient. We were allowed up to our rooms early. Th e staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless 404. The bed was very comfy. The towels were fluffy and plentiful. The shower was fab. The breakfast staff were very helpful to find us a table very quickly even though the dining room was very busy.  Breakfast very tasty.  I’m not at all surprised that the hotel has won Staff awards. We ll be back.

CCiara HGreat overnight stay in Hilton Belfast - gorgeous and super clean hotel and staff were all incredibly helpful and approachable, nothing was too much for them. Good location, and taxi drop off at the front was handy. Stayed in a river view room and the view over Belfast was lovely.

CCicianThe biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

AAdam SparkesBrilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

Mmarycon buagayanThis is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay. However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately acknowledged, which can leave an impression of inattentiveness — particularly for international visitors. My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.
