Nice hotel, but it is closed in the winter season at Hotel Central. I stayed réniga Hotel about 5 mins walk. This hotel is clean, best location, and a friendly hotel. Avignon is a small town and comfortable to stay in

Great value for the price. Rooms are good , slightly old but clean. Walls are very thin , just be aware . Still had a great night of sleep. Breakfast is good but very basic , don’t expect luxury . GGuest UserThis is a treasure hotel, the space is very large, clean and elegant, and it is very comfortable to bring a small courtyard. Very good value for money place. The service attitude is very good, can communicate in English, at least the two receptions I encountered have no problems. The hotel is a courtyard type, the reception will lead you to see the room, otherwise you will not find it.

The room is fully equipped and convenient in the ancient city. The handsome brother service is very good. He also helps to park the car early in the morning. The car is also driven to the door. The service is thoughtful. A perfect experience!

TT5-HammerIf you’re looking for a unique historic experience in Avignon, I strongly recommend this hotel. The wall of the room was several hundreds years old and we felt like drawn into a time trip. Veronique and Fabrice were very kind and we could stay comfortably as Fabrice recommended us many good restaurants.

It was a little noisy at night during the theater festival, but it was basically quiet after 11 p.m. It's within walking distance of the main attractions. I was very satisfied with the hotel service, including handwritten cards and small gifts. The room was also very clean and exquisite. The breakfast was very rich, especially the variety of juices, and the quality of the breakfast was very high. I was very surprised by the hotel.

The store phone on Trip.com is French voice, just understand a sentence, please dial 5 for English messages. I called several times and no one answered. Fortunately, a car came out and followed it in. There was no one at the front desk. A guy in the public office received me and was very enthusiastic. I said that the phone could not get through, and I called in person. He said that it was fine to dial 1-4, no 5, and it collapsed. After completing the formalities, the guy enthusiastically helped me introduce the apartment environment, saying that it was not a hotel, there was no hotel service, and the first floor was pure water. I have to take me to the room to see... The anxious person remembered the same anxious person in the car outside, declined, hurriedly parked the car, returned to the room, solved the round, did not see the bed, was shocked, thought to sleep on the sofa. As a result, the cabinet door was opened, and there was a big bed inside. This design was really crashing. The first night was very quiet, the second night was attacked by mosquitoes, and I woke up in the middle of the night to fight mosquitoes, only to find mosquito bodies on the wall. Stayed for two nights and no cleaning service. There is no living supermarket within walking distance. Fortunately, we purchased food from the last hotel and brought it with ice bags. The induction cooker is not enough, half fried and half stewed, and it can be considered to be able to eat. There is no serious kitchen knife and silicone shovel. The two men ran to the first floor for a meal, and finally gathered together the kitchen utensils and played pure water. The tap water can't be drunk when it boils, it's all water alkali

Facilities: The elevator is broken, uncomfortable, and everything else is fine. The only shortcoming is that the elevator is broken. I walked two floors with a 29-inch oversized luggage before I arrived in my room. If you need an elevator, it is not recommended here. Everything else is perfect!
