AAnonymous UserLocation: It is quite convenient to get there. At the time, I thought it was a pity that it was not close to the sea, but it is actually not necessary.
Facilities: It should be considered okay. Although there are not as many and big resort hotels in this place, it is also an LHW member after all. It should not be bad.
Environment: After all, it’s been a while, but fortunately it’s neat and clean and not that new.
Service: The main thing is the service, which is very good. The spa is also okay, just steaming and room temperature swimming pool🏊.
The rating on Google is also higher than others, but it is not as big as I expected, the room is standard, and the price is a bit high.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, had comfy large bed. The housekeeping service in the room was surprisingly great and fast, unbothering at all. The room’s view was as ordered on Teide (unfortunately we enjoyed it only 2 last days).
There was a big pool with many free sun loungers, the water was not hot, but we could swim. The amenities were exceptional: as they offered not only in-house trainings, games and night shows, but also outdoor trips to the nearby cities. The night shows included authentic cultural music and dances — was very fascinating.
The staff was very helpful and friendly not on the reception, but at the bar and attractions. The breakfast menu was various and there was a cook who cooked fresh omelets by request, the restaurant was very spacious and full of light.
The weather was unfortunately not great during the stay, but the hotel and its inner life has fully compensated. In good weather you can actually come and stay the whole day just at the hotel — as there is everything you need for relaxing. We would stay more and will come for sure next time!

GGuest UserIt's wrong that it costs 3 euros per day to use the safe when there is otherwise such a nice service. And then parking in the basement is way too expensive 160 euros for 1 week 😫 everything else and service really nice 😁👌

MMiguel Fernández CaballeroWe loved the location, the reception staff, and the breakfast and cleaning ladies. We would recommend it. It's true that some rooms could use an update as they've become a bit old-fashioned, but even so, the hotel has its wonderful charm and legendary character. The Canarian patio is fantastic. WE WILL BE BACK.

RRosa PiñeroEl hotel está a 5 minutos andando de la plaza del charco , la habitación amplia con la terraza grande y con césped artificial ideal para las tardes, la habitación dispone de una mini nevera y un calentador de agua para café o infusiones muy práctico . La piscinas se encuentra en la 6 planta con un bar , cafetería snack muy bien equipado con hamacas cómodas y con cojines para el descanso , me gustó todo la verdad el gimnasio tiene equipamiento suficiente cinta elíptica pesas remos etc . Los desayunos variados y el café era bueno .

GGuest UserBooked a full board and food was up to expectations. However do note that drinks (alcohol, soft drinks and even water) are charged separately even under full board. The bed in the room was adequate and had a great unobstructed view of the coast.
