"We had a wonderful experience at Homztality in Mohandessin. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the place. It was comfortable, well-organized, and in an excellent location. A special thank you to Mahmoud, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. His excellent hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. "Nice 3 star hotel in the city center, the staff said it was renovated a few months ago. The receptionist was super kind and let us check in early and went further to help us get breakfast after a long flight. The style of the room is quite nice and the room ceilings super tall making the room feel more spacious than it actually is. Since it’s in Cairo center, be prepared to hear time to time a car honking. Other than that as I was tired I had a great sleep without too much disturbance from the city noises."

"The room was decent, pretty good. The ground floor was luxuriously decorated, especially the restrooms which were up to five-star standards. One thing to note is that the Wi-Fi requires you to refresh a website periodically, otherwise it keeps disconnecting. The staff were enthusiastic, and there were a few options for breakfast nearby."

"Lovely hotel with very nice staff. They are eager to help and the hotel is very nice. The room was very comfortable and very spacious. Everything worked fine for the most part. Just one thing was the lack of available stowage in the toilet as others have pointed out. Otherwise a lovely stay and a great hotel!"

"Lovely location with view on the Nile, nice rooms and friendly staff, good restaurant selection inhouse. The only thing I would recommend is a slightly more modern mixer faucet for the shower rather than having to fiddle with two valves in order to get to the right temperature."

"The hotel's entrance is a bit hard to find, despite its street-facing location, ”simple” reception area, and old-fashioned elevator. Even deep in the alley, this exquisite guesthouse is impossible to miss. This chain seems to specialize in renovating old buildings in Cairo. The rooms are clean, tastefully designed, and fully equipped with practical amenities. Due to Cairo's traffic, even on higher floors, there is some street noise (those with good sleep quality can ignore it; I wasn't bothered at all, haha). However, the view of the old city streets from the balcony offers a unique experience, a blend of different eras."

"Lovely hotel in a prime location on the Nile. Our room had a lovely view of the Nile and the pool area. The room was modern and had all the amenities you would need including some luxury Byredo toiletries which were a nice touch. Though it’s a newly renovated hotel, the downside was that our non-smoking room had an unusual smell in it and also upon check in, the entire carpet was wet. The breakfast buffet was good although some items were a bit stale by 8am (pancakes in particular) which could’ve been better if fresh. There was no room service options from your room so we tried the restaurants but wouldn’t really recommend. We tried Kamala which is a pan-Asian fusion and though we were the only guests dining, the food took over an hour to make and wasn’t the best. The Solano restaurant again was okay, much fresher than Kamala. Would recommend the hotel for its location however the reception can get really busy and the staff could do with being more attentive to the guests they’re serving rather than those impatiently interrupting."
