The service and care I received from Old town suites Quito is the best that I ever received for all the hotels I have stayed. My flight arrived at Quito in the early morning around 6:40am, I got to the hotel around 7:40am, hotel front desk employee Francisco took my luggages, provided me power cord to charge my phone, and even gave me a delicious breakfast. I felt I have been welcomed into my new home in Quito. The hotel provided milk, yogurt, bread, juice, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits for making breakfast yourself or you can tell them ahead of time and they can prepare breakfast for you. I have had amazing experience in this hotel. The hotel location is great and you can walk to old town attractions. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

The staff were very pleasant n helpful especially the Front Office n in the Restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner there and had top quality food. You can’t ask for a better location. Our room was outstanding, spacious with a lovely balcony. Thank you to all the staff had made our stay a memorable one.

The hotel has a very unique and interesting design style that makes it stand out. Everything was spotless, and the rooms were perfectly clean and well kept. Breakfasts were delicious. The staff at the reception were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant.

The reason I booked this hotel was because of the superb reviews. I can confirm the accuracy of those reviews. This is a fabulous place to stay. The staff are great. The facilities are exceptional. The restaurant is wonderful and has such a variety of delicious food. The health pool has crystal clear water. My room was much larger than what I'm used to over the last five weeks of traveling. It is easy to get the concierge to book excursions. There are airline check-in machines in the foyer. This is easily the best hotel I have stayed in over the past five weeks and comes with my highest recommendation.

Love this hotel! Near the airport. Great food. Always friendly. If you’re overnighting in Quito this is the airport you want to stay at.

Breakfast was tasty and with a beautiful view. Our room was one of the nicest rooms that’s we’ve stayed in while travelling South America. It was the comfiest bed and the room had a well-designed interior. The staff are friendly and welcoming. At night it’s recommended to get taxis to where you need to go while in the day it’s fine to walk around this unesco world heritage site area. 100% recommend to stay here for a few nights if you have time.

The accommodation is OK. Quito is not well developed as a whole. This hotel is still recommended. It is in the city, the rooms are relatively exquisite and clean, and it is more suitable for business trips.

It’s by far the cleanest hotel in all of Ecuador—absolutely spotless in every corner. The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and truly professional. They offered excellent local recommendations and always treated me with kindness and care. The location is ideal—tucked in a peaceful part of La Mariscal, just a short walk from Plaza Foch and some of Quito’s best restaurants and shops. My room was quiet, stylish, and very comfortable, with a serene garden view that made me feel instantly relaxed. Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. The entire experience felt safe, polished, and perfectly cared for. If you’re looking for elegance, cleanliness, and world-class service, Hotel Villa Lafayette is simply the best choice in Ecuador. Excellent experience with the suite. It has a great location, which makes everything during your stay much easier. The view is truly beautiful and adds a lot to the ambiance. Check-in was quick and easy, which was much appreciated. Furthermore, the suite is well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
