The room facilities are very new, and the room is quite clean. Overall, it was a good stay.

Very nice hotel - centrally located The hotel is very clean. The room was big and comfortable with good amenities and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean and good. It was also possible to open the window a little if you want fresh air. The hotel is located «above» a mall, you must take the elevator to the 19th floor where the reception and restaurant is located. This was absolutely no problem, and the location is excellent. There is a vibrant and modern area around the hotel. It’s not close to the railway station, but catching taxi or even bus is easy. The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection of Chinese food. Tasty and fresh dishes, and nice service from the staff in the restaurant. The service of the staff in the reception was very good. We stayed for two nights, first one and then we returned again because of the good service and overall quality of the hotel. The staff didn’t exercise much English, but with the translation apps it’s absolutely no problem to communicate. If you have WeChat it’s super easy to communicate - the hotel has its own WeChat. BoLi Hotel provided a very good experience and we can truly recommend this hotel.

execellent service overall. breakfast not too bad. Recepionists are polite, helpful and friendly. value for money but do take note that there is no aircon in the room. special thanks to 云小姐 for being helpful and also introduced us nice food around the area.

Nothing but amazing! The hotel is clean and the staff are really nice! The room that I got is spacious and the bed is very comfortable! Highly-recommended! The location is also near to the railway station and there are a lot of shops nearby! It's also beside the Bank of China! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location for us! Found the little gem restaurant just opposite the hotel 手抓羊肉👍🏻👍🏻 good facilities as self laundry service are free of charge!

I am a little disappointed. Advertising said English speaking staff. One lady spoke some English but mainly used translator - which is fine - but communication was very difficult. I experienced the following issues: The room was extremely hot and it seems it’s centrally controlled. When I said it was too hot they didn’t adjust it but gave me a humidifier which didn’t help with temperature. When I was checking out I asked to help to call the taxi - their initial response was to walk - 15min. I have 3 heavy bags and am also feeling sick so I didn’t want to walk. I asked again later - they just said hi to the bus stop and get a taxi. I was surprised that they couldn’t be bothered to down with me and get one for me - knowing that I can’t speak Chinese - it’s few minutes of their time. They were standing around not doing anything anyway. So very disappointed overall. One positive is that they packed me a small takeaway breakfast for fist morning when I had to leave early. Please try to help your guests - small gestures of care makes a big difference!

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff were very helpful and patient with me when I encountered problems with my wifi. The rooms were clean and considering the price I paid, the hotel is good enough. If I ever return to Xining, I will stay there again.

Centrally located, lots of eateries around the hotel. Shui Jing Xiang market 水井巷 is just 100 metres away. Airport bus stop also very near the hotel. Breakfast was normal Chinese breakfast. We will come back again.

The hotel is extremely close to the train station, it's literally in the train station square. On the other side of the square there's the bus terminal which is very convenient to get to kumbum monastery. The staff was very nice, they let me heat the baozi i bought at the supermarket (which unfortunately weren't tasty) the room is very big and they even gave us a sewing kit.

Very good and clean. There is everything you need in the room. The double bed is huge. Breakfast is good.
