The hotel is conveniently located near Zhuoyue Centre and Huangting Plaza, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with new, functional facilities. The environment is quiet, perfect for rest and relaxation. The front desk staff were very friendly and patiently answered all my questions. Plus, there's a direct connection to Liancheng Xintiandi for dining and shopping, making transportation very convenient. Given the reasonable price and excellent experience, I'll definitely be back.

Overall good experience at the Fuqing hotel. Renovated a floor of an old building into guest rooms. The floor with the rooms is nicer than the rest of the building. Beds were comfortable and AC works well, provides basic amenities.
Located on an extremely busy local street. Not ideal if you are hailing rides, you’ll need to walk to an area with easier access or your ride may take a while. Subway station is not a a far walk. I had appointments in this area but if you are here to shop I’d recommend staying closer to the Luohu area near the number 1 line.
Doors are left open after cleaning and before check in so due to the weather there will be mosquitos in the room. The staff were very accommodating and let me change to a new room with less mosquitos. There is a mosquito plug in repellant in each room and you can ask for an electric swatter at the front desk if needed.

My stay was fantastic! The room was spotless, no dust or clutter, just really neat and tidy overall. It had all the amenities I needed, and the large projector screen was super easy to use – perfect for binge-watching shows. The AC was powerful and cooled the room down quickly. The hotel environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by outside noise and got great quality sleep. The front desk service was excellent; the staff were friendly and even helped me with a few small errands, which was really thoughtful. Being right above Metro Line 1 with multiple exits made getting around incredibly convenient, and it was easy to get to Hong Kong too. The room also came with a mosquito repellent, and laundry facilities were available. Both the service and the hardware were top-notch.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
When we’re arrived at night to check in, there was no one at the reception for quite some time. We called, and the staff said he was in the toilet, so we continued waiting. When he finally came out, his attitude was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed from the start.
Whenever we asked questions, the responses were impatient and unhelpful. Hotel has two entrances, left and right side ,but never clearly guide us. We accidentally went to the wrong one, the staff responded in a very rude tone, pointing us elsewhere without even looking at us . The lack of basic courtesy was shocking.
The room was acceptable, but the service of that guy completely ruined the experience. The staff’s attitude made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was very disappointing.
We only stayed one night, but it negatively affected both my mood and my family’s. The next day, we stored our luggage, it was handled by a different staff member and there were no issues. However, when we returned in the evening to collect our bags, we saw the same rude receptionist again. I chose to leave immediately, even though I urgently needed to use the restroom, just to avoid interacting with him again.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. If you don’t want to pay for a stressful and unpleasant experience, it’s better to avoid staying here.

Superb value! I reached the hotel ahead of time and the front desk staff allowed me to check in at noon.
Cleanliness is top-notch. Housekeeping & dining cafe staff are friendly. The location of the hotel cannot be faulted - it’s just opposite SEG Electronics Mall across the big junction. Walk thru the underground pedestrian access and you’ll be at the line 1 Huaqiang Road metro station in no time. Recommended!

My stay at Dynasty Business Hotel (Futian Port, Shenzhen) was excellent! Traveling with a friend, we chose the Qingcheng Twin Room. The room was spotless and very well-maintained. The hotel's location near Futian Port is incredibly convenient, with easy access to transport, dining, and shopping. The environment was comfortable and quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep without any disturbances. The staff were warm and welcoming; they were very patient when I checked in and asked questions. My stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is right next to Futian Checkpoint Metro Station Exit B, making transfers and getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean, tidy, and odorless, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. It came equipped with a smart tablet, a drying rack for clothes, and sanitizing products – very thoughtful details. They also provide complimentary bottled water and drinks in the room. I had an overall average stay at Atour Hotel. The biggest advantage is definitely the location. It is situated right next to a well-known tech mall, making it a great choice if you are shopping for electronics or tech-related items. There are also a few nearby malls with decent food options, though the variety is fairly average.
The hotel itself feels a bit dated, smoky lifts and not particularly pleasant in terms of ambiance. However, the convenience of the location helps make up for it. The metro station is just across the road, which makes getting around very easy, and it is also very close to the Shenzhen–Hong Kong border, making quick trips to Hong Kong extremely convenient. There are also a couple of foot massage shops nearby that are quite decent for a quick unwind.
One highlight is the hotel’s offerings. There is a good selection of complimentary perks including breakfast, tea breaks, ice cream, and even supper, which adds value to the stay.

Upon entering the room, everything was neatly arranged, with no mess or tidiness. I was also asked to change into slippers upon entering, which was very thoughtful. The owner even personally brought me slippers and poured hot water, always ready to assist me – the service truly exceeded my expectations. The stairs, bathroom, and shower were also very clean and tidy, even the toothbrushes looked high-quality, showing the owner's dedication. At around 30 yuan, it's practically the best value for a hostel.

It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, with plenty of food, drink, and shopping options nearby. Getting to tourist attractions takes about ten minutes by taxi, which is super friendly for travelers. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – I slept soundly all night. The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, was very refreshing, and the toiletries smelled lovely. The WiFi was fast, perfect for streaming without any buffering. The hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful; the front desk proactively upgraded our room, the housekeeping staff kept our room spotless every day, and the restaurant aunties warmly recommended dishes. The entire experience was smooth. The breakfast offered a wide variety, from Chinese hot porridge to Western bread, plus fresh fruit. For dinner, we could enjoy local specialties, and both the taste and price were reasonable. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations. We felt safe and convenient throughout our stay. GGuest UserI've gotten so used to the environment, service, and the perfectly balanced politeness and warmth here, that it's hard for me to risk choosing another hotel. My boss wouldn't be happy! My favorite is the complimentary white fungus soup upon arrival!
Regarding dining, I hope the breakfast menu could have some variety daily. Also, it would be great if they could add some of the cakes from the dinner buffet. No matter how good the breakfast is, having the same thing for three to five days straight gets tiring.
For the spa, the aesthetician's technique was excellent and very gentle. However, for nearly 3000, if no equipment is used, wouldn't the absorption be slightly less effective?
Finally, the price has gone up from around 2800 to 3500. I'm a bit worried if it will break through 4000 one day, because then it would truly be unaffordable for me.

The hotel has definitely been around for a few years, and its decor is a bit old-fashioned, with facilities that aren't exactly cutting-edge. You can tell there's some wear and tear in the hallways and rooms, but overall, it's pretty well-maintained and doesn't feel run down.
The room itself was spotlessly clean, no odd smells, and the bedding was fresh and soft. The pillows were just the right height, making for a very comfortable sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly for both heating and cooling, and the hot water came out quickly with good pressure, which was great for showers. The internet was stable too, so no lag whether I was working or streaming shows. The soundproofing isn't amazing, but it wasn't noisy at night, so it didn't really disturb my rest.
The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, and they patiently answered all my questions. The cleaning staff were also very polite and greeted me proactively. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of places to eat and easy access to taxis. For its area, it offers excellent value for money.
While it's not a new hotel and doesn't have a luxurious feel, it wins on cleanliness, quietness, practicality, and excellent service. I felt secure and comfortable during my stay. It's perfectly adequate for business trips and everyday stays, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

SSissyCCCyuI returned to Shenzhen for the Qingming Festival to visit my ancestors and took my two kids to explore the Dameisha area.
First off, maybe it was because of the holiday, but our room wasn't ready until almost 4 PM on the day of check-in. We ended up just heading out and exploring, and returned to the hotel in the evening.
The hotel is a bit of a distance from the beach, but the pool is great and provided plenty of fun. It looks really beautiful at night.
The service was quite good; they even upgraded our room type.

When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible.
The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door.
When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed.
When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also.
The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay.
I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night.
However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place.
Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors.
Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette.
Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me.
The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.
