GGuest UserReceptionist was awesome! They helped us to check and even extended for us to have an early check in. The system used in the hotel was so high tech, and it feels like a hipster vibe ! The location was convenient not too far off from SBB train station and bus terminal. Nearby there’s many food options! The room was well maintained, I am super amazed at their shampoo where there is “heading out” and “winding down”! Lovely! Kudos team!

GGuest UserVery good hotel in Zurich downtown and very close to Zurich HB which is convenient to move around when travel to Switzerland. The hotel a bit old but well maintained. Frontline staff very good and breakfast are delicious too.
