KKuierdoudouThe room was clean. Parking is free. Swimming pool until 22 o'clock, there is a hot pool, there is a slide. Free coffee is provided in the hotel lobby in the morning. There are fast food restaurants such as Tims, A&W at the entrance of the hotel. There are IKEA, costco, outlets nearby. Convenient and clean hotel

GGuest UserI stayed at Chateau Bedford, Trademark Collection by Wyndham from April 19–20, 2025, for a family trip to Halifax. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed extra towels, toiletries, and coffee refills, which were initially insufficient in the room.
The hotel facilities were generally good, but the TV casting function did not work properly during our stay. Also, the breakfast could offer a bit more variety, and unfortunately, the hot cake machine was out of order, which was a disappointment for my kids.
That said, the service team was responsive, and we appreciated their support throughout our stay. With a few improvements, the experience could be even better.

张张The location is OK, it is quite convenient to go out and turn around, but not by the sea, the parking lot on the roadside is quite convenient. This hotel is a bit like a hotel apartment with a microwave in the room and a small hall

EEunice Gale DorongonCheckin was smooth, staff are nice and very accommodating, only thing is we were checked in a room where there are tick bugs. It was so horrifying, we checked in with our toddler as well. They were able to tranfer us to a different room, everyone was prompt to action this. But i dont think im gonna stay again at this hotel next time

Ooooyan真的沒住過這麼無語的酒店…一共住了六天 三個早晨都在響火警 無論是週末還是工作日 並且每次都是九點左右…這個火警能持續20分鐘 而且酒店沒有任何解釋 衹説是一個錯誤的火警 我就不相信六天之內能發生三次錯誤火警？？？酒店根本不在乎顧客的休息和睡眠一樣 每次響的時間都差不多而且都是隔一天響一次 跟故意似的 除此之外我還在Google reviews裏發現響火警是經常的並且都持續很長時間 所以能別訂這個酒店就別訂 房間特別小並且不是很安靜 週末樓下的酒吧持續到凌晨兩點左右 巨吵無比

DDouglasExtremely expensive for what was provided. The location is not within easy walking distance of any stores or any parks.
The room was adequate, but the door had previously been kicked in, and the door frame had been patched with a thin piece of metal. Needless to say, this did make one question how secure the hotel was.
My standard question is whether I would stay in the hotel again. In this situation, the answer is no.

GGuest UserIt was unclear to me when I booked online that a “physical” credit card was required to use for a damage deposit.
*I had loaded my credit card to my wallet on my iPhone & left the physical card @ home.
(I don’t carry a purse, so this was a great option for me).
The motels policy was credit card to use as a damage deposit…NO exceptions 😱
I had offered to use cash, but, was told no 😱😱
It just so happened that I had a credit card tucked away in my glove box or I would have been out of luck…would not have been allowed to check in & would have lost $400 on the room rental.
SO…beware travellers!!

SSherrianneThe hotel was easy to locate and conveniently situated. Our room was clean and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable overnight stay. One aspect of the room layout that felt a bit awkward was the bathroom configuration—the shower and toilet were in a separate room while the sink was located outside of it, which made bathroom use slightly inconvenient.
The indoor pool area was nice, though the water could have been a little warmer. Additionally, there were no towels available when we arrived and we had to locate a staff member to obtain some.
The onsite parking option for our three-week trip was greatly appreciated and eliminated one potential stress before our travels. The shuttle service to Halifax Airport was punctual and reliable, getting us to the airport safely and on time.
The complimentary breakfast was decent, although the hot food items were somewhat slow to be replenished, resulting in a short wait.
Overall, this is a solid option for an overnight stay, particularly if you have an early flight from Halifax Airport the next day.

RRoaming DogHotel was situated on a huge property with plenty of free parking. Free parking at hotels is a rare commodity these days as every establishment is treating it as a cash grab. Hotel is roght beside a ***** mall with a few shops and a pizza store. Besides this, nothing is within walking distance. When I arrived back to my room after a late dinner, I found a roaming cockroach in the washroom and I instantly sent it to it’s death. Hotel was quite comfortable front desk staff were courteous. I would recommend the hotel to friends for stay if they ever happen to be in the vicinity. Overall I would return to this hotel myself if I’m ever in town.
