The apartment is pretty clean, have everything there as a family or many people trip. The owner was pretty welcoming and kind.

Not bad, the front desk, restaurant, and cleaning staff are all friendly and helpful. We didn't check in on the first day due to flight problems, and they agreed to help us stay for one day. Breakfast is also good.

We stayed at the this hotel 3 times in the space of a month. We returned here for many reasons, the location and the food. But what stood out for me the most was the staff. They were all so friendly and approachable, always willing to help when they can. Thank you to all the staff and in particular Bame, Thabile, Arnold, Babedi, Sharon and Keikantse. Roof top sunset bar is a really nice spot to relax and take in the sunset.

A very nice hotel, I recommend it! There's a shopping center with some great restaurants nearby!

I booked a room on Ctrip and paid at check-out, but the hotel insisted they hadn't received payment and wouldn't let me leave, requiring a credit card. A colleague of mine stayed an extra day and assured the hotel they would only let me leave if they hadn't received payment.
