Hilton Garden Inn Gaborone ★★★★
"Everything is perfect in the hotel, there was even a self-service laundry. The chef in the restaurant cooked very tasty. I would stay here again"
Stay Well Hotels ★★★
"Good environment and quiet"
Avani Gaborone Resort & Casino ★★★★
"Great check-in and service experience. The service and facilities at the Mosha Spa stand out the most."
Protea Hotel Gaborone Masa Square ★★★★
"I recently stayed at Protea Hotel by Marriott Gaborone Masa Square in Suite 288 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The level of noise during the night was unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this standard. Loud music from Soya continued late into the evening, and this was followed by extremely loud talking and shouting from patrons at World of Wine, which went on until around 3:00am. As a business traveler, a good night’s rest is essential, and this was simply not possible due to the disturbance. The expectation when booking a suite is a quieter, more comfortable environment, which was not the case. While the location is convenient, the noise levels significantly impacted my stay. I would strongly recommend the hotel address sound management between nearby venues and guest rooms to ensure a better experience for future guests."
Room50Two ★★★
"Always a joy to come back to Room50Two. Quality of room and furnishing top notch and very clean. Close to many eating spots if you wish for a change from the excellent food on the 28th Floor. Would definitely recommend to others."
Gaborone Hotel ★★
"Good price environment"
Peermont Mondior Hotel ★★★
"Excellent spacious room friendly staff and service. Definitely a home away from home 👌"
Cresta President Hotel ★★★
"Nice hotel rooms but the service was terrible. We ordered food and it took over an hour to come out. They didn’t have half the menu available and the waitress said she’d bring menus over and never did, we went and got them ourselves. We finished our drinks and no one came out to take orders again so we decided not to drink anymore . Note, no other guests were here so I don’t understand how the service wasn’t available."
Cresta Lodge Gaborone ★★★
"Excellent service with good customer service Staff understand the customer Well provided internet and wifi for good communication Well kept rooms "

Indaba Lodge Gaborone
"Terrible service especially at the restaurant, waiters don't even greet. They just shove cutlery at you and walk away. There are no clean plates for breakfast & little food left, chef doesn't seem to care!"
The Capital Guest House
"A lovely little place ! Best things about it is Mma Joyce! So kind caring and helpful at all times! Kealeboga Mma. Very nice room. Quite comfortable and well located."
Apartments @ 125
"I stay in around 80 hotels and serviced apartments every year, and Apartments @ 125 easily stands out as one of the best in the 25 countries I have travelled to in 2025. Peaceful, perfectly maintained, and extremely well equipped — there wasn’t a single thing I found lacking during my stay. The shower is excellent, wifi super fast the bed wonderfully comfortable, and the entire place spotless and quiet. It’s ideally located too, close to Botswana's best coffee shop Daily Grind and just minutes from the CBD. Yet still feels like a calm retreat away from the daily hustle. Visiting Botswana is special, and staying here makes it even better. This property absolutely deserves its reputation for quality and comfort. "

The Grand Aria Hotel and Conference Centre
"The only reason this review gets 3 stars is thanks to the wonderful staff. This hotel is a noise box. Not only does it face a plethora of motors from the shopping center adjacent to it but the hotel itself is stagerringly noisy. Outside my window I counted at least 18 airconditioner motors spewing noise. On my floor, the motor noise from the end of the passage was also loud. I could not open the window of my room as it would be an assault to my senses. I had to resort to switching on my aircon. The fan from my bathroom was so loud and permanently on. And the final straw was the mega extractor on the roof of the kitchen. The grounds are beautiful but cannot be enjoyed as it feels as if you're in the middle of a runway. The staff and particularly the manager tried his best to get me a room that was quiet but alas! that is not possible in that hotel. I could not wait to leave."
African Home Hotel
"The hotel is perfectly located in Gaborone, close to all the major places and sites worth seeing in the Capital. A walking distance to the Three Dikgosi Monument and Fields Mall. I liked this convenience that the hotel offered. The hotel also has plenty of rooms, over 14 and has a Spa, conference venues and a restaurant. There is also a pool inside and the main entrance is guarded with security personnel. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by a gentleman named Sebalo, who also adjusted my booking to a room that he recommended, has better Wifi connectivity, to which I agreed. I appreciated this as the Wifi in the Kgosi room was good during my stay. I also liked that I had covered parking, which I didn't need to pre-book, located close to the room. I also had a decent breakfast for all the days here, prepared promptly and with care by a lady called Violet. I welcomed this value for money aspect to my stay. She was very friendly, warm and tried by all means to vary the breakfast options and presentation on all three days which I appreciated. The room was spacious, had adequate lighting, Aircon, LCD tv, coffee station and kettle and enough mirrors all round. There were also enough bins in the room, an extra blanket and the bedding was clean. There was a desk and chair, which ensured that I could spend some time catching up on my reading in the room. There was no safe and I had to arrange my own twin plug, which was not an issue. The toilet was separate from the shower which I liked and there was shampoo available. Clean towels were on offer, regularly.replaced and room service was offered. The hotel was peaceful and I did not experience any major distractions. I also liked that I paid once I got to the hotel and that no deposit was withheld. Where I think the hotel could have scored more for me was in the following - there was no info-welcome sheet in the room that orientated me to the rules of the hotel, wifi password, breakfast times, lunch or dinner, important emergency numbers and nearby sites worth seeing for instance which is common in most hotels. I had to ask many of these and Sebalo was of assistance. I feel that the hymn sheet would have made it much easier. I found a booklet about sites to see in Gaborone close to the reception area, which I only saw and made use of during breakfast. Those booklets can be placed in the rooms as a suggestion. The bed was not comfortable at all for me and there were some small insects here and there in the room which was not pleasant to see. This is where the hotel dropped points from me. I believe that if the hotel works on these few items, it could do better. However, the service I received from Sebalo and Violet, together with the convenience of the location, shaded parking, breakfast and good wifi in the room, made the stay decent overall. "
Town Lodge Gaborone
"It is real value for your many and such a great place to be, The staff at the Lodge are such great and pleasant people. The staff at the front desk are very knowledgeable of their work and the general ambiance of the lodge is great."
The Oak Tree House
38 on Boulders Hotel
Aquarian Tide Hotel
"Cozy place, good for business meetings unfortunately we found the pool dirty and couldn’t use it, that was the one down side of our trip!"
Escapade Lux Boutique Residence
"Awesome experience! Thanks a million!!"
Oasis Motel
"The place is convenient, smart and there is value for money, Will not hesitate to recommend it to others,"
Phakalane Golf Estate Hotel & Convention Centre
"Truly awful experience at this establishment who rate themselves as a 4 star hotel but are more in line with 1 star service. A few of staff were sweet and at least trying, but most were completely nonchalant & literally just doing the bear minimum of what's required. It is clear that very little, if any, training has taken place regarding service. The rooms were ok, but do try to book a room on the golf course-facing side, should you choose to stay here. Otherwise, you'll be facing their parking lot. Also be aware that it's a good 30 minutes (more in traffic) from Gaborone City itself and therefore not very central."
