"The hotel is located one tram stop or 15 min walking from the Oostende train station. It is very close to the casino and the beach. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is a little pricey /9 I had breakfast elsewhere. Overall, it was a pleasant stay which is quite affordable."

"Very nice hotel from the 30iger-Jahren. Friendly, solution-oriented and advanced staff. Top location. Beautiful large rooms. Because the age of the hotel has its pieces. Partly you can't open the nice large windows and it is very ringhorse. We were there two nights and could sleep very badly because of a large group of young athletes (a football tournament took place), who were constantly celebrating in the room. The hotel management has apologised in all its forms to us and explained that despite security operations, they could not better manage the situation. In conclusion! We very much recommend the hotel."

"A beautiful hotel, renovated with an eye for the building's Art Deco details. We received a room upgrade, which we were very happy with! The room is gorgeous, and the bathroom is also lovely. Breakfast is delicious, with lots of fruit. The location is perfect, right by the sea."

GGuest UserIt was very good, you just go in when you want. Opening times of the bar were not important. Breakfast/in- and check-out just at the main building of Prado itself. If it's 100m away, it's much 😃🤷

GGuest UserService: Very dependent on who's at the front desk. The young lady is fantastic! When we wanted to book an extra night, no discount was considered in the offer. Quite the opposite; the upgrade we received at check-in was fully charged for if we wanted to extend our stay. Booking online would have been €30 cheaper than extending our stay at the front desk! Problems with the air conditioning: it doesn't work. The room quickly became very warm. Although we reported it several times, it wasn't resolved. Otherwise, the location was perfect!

JJack_WTGreat hotel in Oostende for a small budget. Good location, close to bars and restaurants. Easy to find and good service. Rooms are not big if you travel with big suitcases, but manageble. Just a few steps and you'll be at the beach to enjoy the Belgian coast.

GGuest UserPrima verblijf, maar parkeren is een minpuntHet hotel zelf was goed, maar de locatie en de service waren gemiddeld en konden beter. Er is helaas geen eigen parkeergelegenheid, wat erg onhandig is. Ik moest uiteindelijk erg veel betalen voor parkeren in de buurt.
