Very near to the train station, reach airport within 20mins. Easy location. The room and toilet was tidy and clean

Very clean hotel. Breakfast is very good, lots of varieties. There is a fast check out by dripping the cards at the Drop Off Box near the lift at ground floor. Good to have that because there could be crowd checking in and out at reception.

Great location in Thai Town, a lot of Thai food for who beloved Thai Taste then would recommend to stay here. Walking distance to shopping area and Tram. Nice room design, good breakfast. Reception is at the Bar but limited Hotel Staff - still good service. Staff in the morning shift was good and the Reception who was check-in very helpful. Only, one lady, nice shift who’s wear black jacket on day of 1Feb’26 was not friendly with Asian Guests. Tone of voice during conversions feel aggressive.

I had the pleasure of staying and I can't say enough about how incredible the experience was! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and an efficiency that made checking in seamless. The lobby was luxurious, with elegant décor and a relaxing atmosphere that set the tone for the entire stay.

I travelled here for my work meeting and i was so pleasantly surprised. The staff were so friendly, anf helpful. I ate at the buffet for two mornings, and i love that you can leave your baggage there when you chrck out if you need to run errands. Would dwfinately book again. Everything was clean and immaculate.

The reception lady called Mary, she is a very nice and professional person. I would definitely stay here again the future. Thanks for the hospitality and good services

This is a great place to stay for a few days. The staff is friendly. The location is right in the center, allowing you to reach most places with a short walk or train ride. Remember to bring your own towels. There's no need for a padlock as your key card will open your locker, which is spacious enough to hold your carry-on luggage. The capsules are large enough for a comfortable sleep, though you might want to bring a blanket or some type of cover as the AC keeps the room cool. The capsule has an electrical outlet to recharge your devices. There is a place to sit and watch movies on the 4th floor and also make a meal. Note that the desk has limited hours, so make sure to keep your key card with you to avoid getting locked out. Thanks
