GGuest UserThe apartment was brand new, with high ceilings and all the furniture was super new, clean, and very fresh. We loved everything inside.
But we had a problem with check-in. We booked in the morning and arrived around 6 PM, but we hadn't received any check-in instructions. The reception is open a couple of hours a day. We ended up calling for 40 minutes, paying a deposit, and then couldn't get in. It was incredibly inconvenient.

GGuest UserSpindrift is in a great location, right on the beach, 150 mtrs from the local surf club, and a short wlak from a variety of cafes, restaurants and fast food outlets. Area is very quite, and safe.

GGuest UserThe stay was very comfortable, clean and quiet. This travel experience really pinched my heart!
As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the doorman enthusiastically helped with the luggage, the check-in speed at the front desk was super fast, and the fun places around were also intimately introduced. The room was clean and bright, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the person I recognized the bed could sleep well all night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the bath products smell super good.
The hotel has a rich breakfast, Chinese and Western food, fresh fruit and strong coffee. The gym equipment is complete and the pool water is clear. It is convenient to travel around, there is a subway station within a few minutes, and there is a commercial street next to it. You don't have to worry about eating and shopping.
The price is also very affordable, the same quality hotel, this price is super high. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose it!

GGuest UserA great place for family fun, especially with younger kids. The big water slide pool was under maintenance during our stay so we were restricted to a single slide pool which was still fun but got very busy at times. We weren't told of the shutdown of the bigger water slide pool. Some activities are charged separately to the hotel booking which added unexpected expense. The room was nice with facilities typically found in apartments. There was no room cleaning or restocking of toiletries etc. You could purchase additional stock at the main desk or buy elsewhere. It is a huge complex and despite maps and directions from staff, was difficult to find your way to facilities at the other end of the complex due to the maze of walkways and lack of signage. In our case, we did not locate the cafe or kids play ground and cinema which were apparently located at the other end of the complex. The gardens are nice and well maintained and staff were pleasant. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Remodeling would be great, being in such a great location was a big positive.
Near to tram and bus services and Pacific fair mall, great for anyone's needs.
