Four Points Properties in Kunming

The hotel's location is right in the city center, comparable to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The staff were incredibly friendly and always quick to resolve any issues. They even helped with luggage, delivered breakfast (though it was just okay, and there were plenty of places to eat downstairs), and offered late check-out. The rooms were also very clean. The only downside is that parking downstairs is a huge hassle and gets very congested.

I had a very satisfying stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Kunming Changshui Airport, in their family room. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport, which is great for catching flights. The room was clean and hygienic, the environment was quiet, and the facilities were complete. The family room type was particularly spacious. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, and the overall quality was excellent. It's definitely our top choice for an overnight layover when traveling with family. We'll continue to choose this hotel for future transfers.

The hotel is located in the city center, with many local specialty shops right outside. In the evening, you can explore the Dongjiawan Night Market nearby, which offers a wide variety of snacks, making it easy to find authentic local food. It's a bit over two kilometers from the old street, but that's not an issue as taxis are readily available. It’s perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I’m very satisfied overall and will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I have to specifically commend the hotel's environment and cleanliness! Every corner of the room was thoroughly cleaned, the bedding was brand new, and the room had excellent soundproofing – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. The amenities were great, with plenty of hot water and strong air conditioning. The staff, Li Juan Vivian and Manager Liu, were incredibly enthusiastic and responsive. The price was also very reasonable. I felt safe, relaxed, and at ease during my stay.

I chose this hotel for a trip with my girlfriend, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, with no strange odors, and the facilities were complete and in good working order. We had a very peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff, Monica, was very responsive to our needs. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming.
