There's no complete check-in process. We arrived early but received no wait time. We called three days beforehand and were told they would call us the day before to check in and check our arrival time, but we couldn't wait any longer and called back the night before. When we arrived a little after 11:00, the restaurant was using a massive blower to blow the floor, which was damp from fresh mopping. The room wasn't cleaned properly. Later, I saw the front desk lady, who looked like a supervisor, helping clean the room. They really did a great job, and one staff member even offered to help me carry my things, which was kind of nice of them. However, the operations team hasn't trained them on a better service experience. All these issues don't justify the price. If you want to check in, just go and order a coffee."
