The room was very nice, well-equipped, soundproofed, and clean. There was no odor in the entire room. The service was excellent. The front desk staff upgraded the room type free of charge because I had a child with me. In short, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my recent stay. The staff was very friendly always greeting me as I walked by the front desk and also very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were updated, very clean, and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with something for everyone. I will definitely book this hotel when I come back to China and would highly recommend to anyone!

The front desk service is very thoughtful and they upgraded the room type for free. There are also many types of breakfast, and the spicy soup is especially delicious. There is also free Hanfu experience in the lobby. Compared with other hotels, this is enough to make me confident, hahaha! The room was also very clean and sanitary, and all basic needs were met. The staff were very friendly upon entering the hotel. I loved how they gently hit the steel tongue drum upon the door opening which made entering the lobby quite pleasant and fun. The room was spacious and comfortable. Will choose to stay here again if venturing to this province in the future.

The front desk is very good, parking is convenient, there is a charge, remember not to book on Gaode! On Trip.com , it’s good to be cut on Gaode and the breakfast is gone. It’s a few kilometers on the edge of Daguang Expressway. It’s especially convenient to go up and down the highway.

Great hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior. Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city. The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them). The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time). There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them

This hotel can be called the fat east of the hotel industry. The service wife is very good and left a deep impression on our trip to Henan. Especially Master Yuan, I have to give a big praise, drive us to Erfat, and then pick us up to Sanfat, and take the initiative to help us return the things bought by Erfat to the hotel, free of our burden, and go to Sanfat to pick us up very late at night, especially touched! ! ! The car is very new and very clean! There were too many things to buy at Sanfat Supermarket, and the little girl at the front desk helped us upstairs. As soon as I went out this morning, the hotel staff was helping each car with sunscreen, and the details reflected the quality of service. The hotel has a large parking lot and a charging pile, which is very friendly to self-driving. There are small convenience stores, snack bars downstairs, many choices for takeaways, or robots for food delivery. There is a 24-hour tea and coffee supply in the lobby. Breakfast also gave me a big surprise. This price is very cost-effective! Next time I come to Xinxiang to play, I will choose this hotel!

Highly recommend this hotel! As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me warmly, and check-in was completed in just a few minutes. The room details were impeccable: no water stains in the bathroom, no dust on the desk, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The hallway was quiet, not noisy at all, and the Wi-Fi speed was fast. The toiletries were also of good quality. Nearby restaurants and convenience stores were all very close, making it easy to get around. I had absolutely no complaints throughout my stay – the accommodation experience was fantastic!

I've always preferred staying at established hotels (great locations and good dining options), and this one certainly didn't disappoint. Located in the city center, opposite a plaza and garden, and a 10-minute walk from People's Park, it's perfect for an evening stroll. All three branches of Pang Donglai are only 2-3 kilometers away, and I finally got to visit the incredibly popular Pang Donglai! The hotel room was spacious, and they even provided fruit. A special mention goes to the hotel's Chinese restaurant: retired people tend to eat dinner early, so we went to the restaurant around 5 pm, but there was no one there. We asked the lobby manager, who immediately called the restaurant to inform them that we had hotel guests wanting to dine. The restaurant promptly turned on the lights and warmly welcomed us. Seeing that there were only two of us, they even told us not to order too much. We had authentic Yellow River carp and mutton stew noodles – delicious! Overall, a great experience!

The hotel's location is convenient, and the surroundings are beautiful and comfortable, with a small park right outside. It's about a ten-minute drive to Pang Dong Lai shopping center, which is very handy. Although the hotel is a bit old, the stay was still quite comfortable. What really stands out is the hotel's service, which is incredibly thoughtful. I left my laptop behind, and after I contacted them and explained the situation, they found it immediately and helped mail it back to me.
