The room was very nice, well-equipped, soundproofed, and clean. There was no odor in the entire room. The service was excellent. The front desk staff upgraded the room type free of charge because I had a child with me. In short, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Guest UserVery comfortable store, the reception desk check-in is very fast, very careful, there is ice lemonade to drink, the service is very good, excellent, the room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, there is a shuttle bus, there are many types of breakfast, the fried dough sticks and steamed buns are also handmade, the dishes are light. Next time I come to Nantaihang, I will stay in this store.

Guest UserThe front desk service is very thoughtful and they upgraded the room type for free. There are also many types of breakfast, and the spicy soup is especially delicious. There is also free Hanfu experience in the lobby. Compared with other hotels, this is enough to make me confident, hahaha! The room was also very clean and sanitary, and all basic needs were met. I heard it is a chain brand, so I will choose this brand next time I go to other cities! Good reviews, good reviews, great!

The service was excellent! I contacted the hotel in advance and they provided a pick-up service from the station. Upon check-in, I received some complimentary snacks and they even put my ID in a hilarious card holder, haha! The hotel's location is also fantastic and very convenient, with a bus stop nearby that goes directly to 'San Pang' (assuming this is a local landmark/destination). The only downside was the poor soundproofing in the room. I could hear people talking in the next room past midnight, which was quite noisy. I could also clearly hear conversations from the hallway inside my room. I hope they can improve the sound insulation.

Liaskos DimitriosFriendly and polite staff. New hotel with modern facilities and rooms. The rooms are spacious and well arranged. I didn't have the chance to try the restaurant or the breakfast, as my schedule was very tight. The hotel is a little isolated. The nearest shopping centre is around 2km from the hotel. The hotel staff can assist you in taking delivery at the hotel. Definitely stay again if I ever visit Xinxiang in the future. The only negative of the hotel is that, although the hotel is new, the power sockets accommodate only Chinese plugs and USBs, so if you are travelling from Europe, you should bring your own adaptor.

Guest UserThe staff were very friendly upon entering the hotel. I loved how they gently hit the steel tongue drum upon the door opening which made entering the lobby quite pleasant and fun. The room was spacious and comfortable. Will choose to stay here again if venturing to this province in the future.

The front desk is very good, parking is convenient, there is a charge, remember not to book on Gaode! On Trip.com , it’s good to be cut on Gaode and the breakfast is gone. It’s a few kilometers on the edge of Daguang Expressway. It’s especially convenient to go up and down the highway.

e90817538The cleanliness was exceptional, no strange odors or dust anywhere. The room was quiet, and the internet speed was stable, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. The room itself was spacious, clean, and felt very secure. The staff were wonderfully kind and attentive, and they were particularly friendly towards children. The hotel's location is super convenient with great transport links and all the amenities you could need nearby. We felt completely at ease and comfortable during our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and my whole family was very satisfied.

Guest UserThe room was pretty average, but the location is a big plus. It's right across from Pang Dong Lai (a popular store), just a walk across the street. If you're coming to experience shopping there, this is definitely the top choice! Breakfast was also pretty standard, but for the price, it's what you'd expect. The front desk staff were all really warm and welcoming. I wonder if the whole city feels so welcoming because of Pang Dong Lai – everyone is just so friendly!

Guest UserIt was hard to find the entrance by car, as the hotel feels like it's tucked away in a residential complex. The facilities inside are quite old, having an antiquated yet structured feel. Although there are charging stations in the parking lot, they weren't functional. Overall, the experience was just okay. It's not particularly close to 'San Pang' (assuming this is a specific location or landmark), basically a distance that's too far to walk comfortably but too short to really justify a taxi ride.
