"Great hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior.
Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city.
The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them).
The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time).
There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them"

"The bedding in the room was very comfortable. The front desk reminded us that there might be noise from renovations on the night of check-in, so they gave us earplugs, which was very detailed. When I left today, they also gave me a mug, which was a puppy I really liked. The service was very good. I will stay here again next time. I forgot to take pictures of the room."

We booked a family room; the beds were a decent size, and the single beds were also 1.35 meters tall, so they could be pushed together. Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable, although the floor was still a bit dusty."

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the minimalist yet stylish design, and the warm lighting instantly made me feel relaxed. During check-in, the front desk staff member was incredibly efficient and had a very welcoming smile. She also thoughtfully provided information on nearby dining options and parking. The attention to detail was impeccable.
The room itself was an even greater surprise: spotlessly clean, with bedding so soft and comfortable I never wanted to get out of bed. The soundproofing was excellent too, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a well-designed wet and dry separation, hot water came quickly, and the toiletries had a fresh, subtle scent, making them very pleasant to use.
What I found most thoughtful were the clear signposts in the corridors and the quick-responding elevators. In the morning, I even enjoyed complimentary hot tea in the lobby before heading out. Staff members consistently offered polite greetings, making the entire experience incredibly pleasant.
Next time I'm in this area, I will definitely choose Ji Hotel again; the value for money is outstanding! Highly recommend it to everyone!"

The rooms were fresh and clean, with disposable bath towels and hand towels provided. There was a projector, so I watched Stranger Things – the effect was great! 22037925937A very satisfying stay. Due to traffic restrictions in the scenic area, unregistered vehicles were not allowed to enter. The owner of Mingyuanlou personally drove down the mountain to pick up our group of three and helped with our luggage. The owner's family, descendants of the pioneers of the Guoliang Cliff Road, are warm and simple. The rooms are clean and bright, well-equipped, and the homestay is elegant. The meals were delicious and affordable. The service was warm and attentive. The next day, when we left, they arranged for their family to drive us down the mountain. Although this trip was short, it left us with an unforgettable and wonderful impression. I highly recommend it to all travelers.

I didn't have the chance to try the restaurant or the breakfast, as my schedule was very tight. The hotel is a little isolated. The nearest shopping centre is around 2km from the hotel. The hotel staff can assist you in taking delivery at the hotel. Definitely stay again if I ever visit Xinxiang in the future. The only negative of the hotel is that, although the hotel is new, the power sockets accommodate only Chinese plugs and USBs, so if you are travelling from Europe, you should bring your own adaptor.
