"This orange hotel is so pleasantly surprised! The transportation is convenient, the environment is quiet and elegant, the decoration is stylish, and the window is opened to have a wide view. Downstairs is the park. The laundry room and gym in the hotel are fully equipped. It is comfortable and relaxing to live. It is worth mentioning that the service of this hotel is too intimate! Due to my negligence, I found out that the clothes were left in the room after checking out. The front desk staff Xiao Gao (a beauty in Korla) and Shen Xinlin took the initiative to help me coordinate. Thank you very much. The warm and efficient service attitude of these two front desk staff made me choose the Orange Hotel in the future. Also to mention is Xiao Gao's quick enthusiasm to help me take ice cubes, I am very touched, this hotel recommended to friends who travel."

"This was one of the most satisfying stays I've had recently. From the moment I entered, all the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Everyone, from the front desk receptionist to the cleaning staff, was very professional and enthusiastic! Check-in was super fast. Then, upon entering the room, I noticed a subtle, pleasant scent. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The whole room was smart-enabled, which is perfect for someone lazy like me! Definitely highly recommended!"

"Arrived at Bole Station at 6:40 in the morning, got off the train and called the boss to pick it up soon. Because it rained in 23 Saihu, we stayed in Bole for a day. The homestay is similar to a villa 🏠. There are about 4 rooms in a house, two floors. I didn't see it upstairs. It is very convenient to live downstairs. The boss is very good, free breakfast for us 🥣 and sent us to the city to go shopping. There is a park near the homestay. We walked there very close. There is a charging pile at the door. The self-driving is blessed. The boss gave us a business card in advance. Let us talk about the price and go to Saihu. We have a car with the other two homestays. Just 6 people. The next day, the boss prepared eggs and bread for us in advance, so that we can eat on the road, super intimate. I am a little embarrassed to enjoy this treatment at this price. There is a projection in the living room outside the room. I lived in a building that day with my mother and me. I watched a movie and the experience was full. ～ If I pass by Bole next time, I will come to live."

"The city of Bole is a pleasant surprise and I am quite satisfied with it. The front desk staff provided excellent service and helped us upgrade the room type. It was very comfortable and cozy as soon as we entered. The decoration was also very unique. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was not a problem for two people. It was a good deal when I booked it, about 130, which was very cost-effective in the off-season. The sleep was also very comfortable, and the bedding was very skin-friendly and did not cause allergies. The sound insulation was OK, not too noisy, which was good."

"The deluxe standard room was quite good, actually really nice. Its proximity to the Sayram Lake Scenic Area is very convenient. Breakfast was just okay. I'd advise visitors to book in advance. Definitely avoid the loft rooms; they're a huge mistake. The toilet in the loft smelled awful and the odor wouldn't dissipate, like a septic tank."

"The room was split into two levels, with one bed per level. There was no air conditioning, just a hollow switch. Even with the window open, it was still stuffy. The quilt was too thick; it felt cold without it, and hot with it. The only good thing was the included nuts and snacks. There was also a special offer with the booking process, including a photo shoot and retouching, but the front desk clerk never mentioned it to us. It was outrageous. I paid over 1,500 yuan for a room, and this was the only service I received. I even booked two rooms. I called back and they were rude. They said they'd have the front desk clerk call me back, but they never did. Absolutely terrible! Never book this hotel!!! The bathroom didn't even have a dry/wet area, and the toilet didn't even work!!!"

"When I booked the yurt, my simple desire was to bring my 4-and-a-half-year-old to experience Kazakh culture and a different way of life. But...
Surprise 1: Located at the highest point of Sai Lake, I could wake up to watch the sunrise and even see the entire lake. For adults, the view is incredible.
Surprise 2: The owners are a family of three. Their son is a handsome Kazakh man who speaks Mandarin the best in the family. He handles all customer communications, making communication seamless. The family is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they'll do their best to satisfy any request, as long as they can.
Surprise 3: They have a herd of cattle, and another family on the hill behind them has a herd of sheep. They also have two sheepdogs and several horses. It's a truly delightful experience for children. They can play with the dogs, talk to the lambs, ride horses, and ride horses... And they even learned to distinguish between sheep and cow dung, as it's so common and natural.
Surprise 4: For dinner, we ordered lamb skewers, braised lamb chops, and pilaf. Two adults and one child couldn't finish them all; the portions were generous and the flavors were excellent. The clear mutton soup had no mutton smell at all (it's best to order it in advance, as it takes about two hours to simmer).
Of course, if you're choosing a yurt, you should be prepared. Only consider choosing one if you can accept the following: 1) There's no private toilet, only a dry toilet, and no showers. 2) There's a stove inside, and you have to add the charcoal yourself at night, otherwise it won't last until the next morning. 3) The standard of cleanliness should be comparable to other yurts, not five-star hotels.
Overall, if I were to stay in this area again, I would still choose this yurt."

"The RV camp at Sayram Lake offers an amazing experience! I initially thought the RV would be small, but the interior space was much larger than expected. The air conditioning and heating worked perfectly, and the bathroom was clean with a good wet/dry separation. The staff were very helpful, and check-in was quick. The camp's location is superb; just step out and you're greeted by the stunning lake views, often called 'the last tear of the Atlantic Ocean.' Lying in bed at night watching the stars and waking up to the sunlight in the morning was incredibly therapeutic. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit."
