"The city of Bole is a pleasant surprise and I am quite satisfied with it. The front desk staff provided excellent service and helped us upgrade the room type. It was very comfortable and cozy as soon as we entered. The decoration was also very unique. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which was not a problem for two people. It was a good deal when I booked it, about 130, which was very cost-effective in the off-season. The sleep was also very comfortable, and the bedding was very skin-friendly and did not cause allergies. The sound insulation was OK, not too noisy, which was good."

We stayed in room A103, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to give us the best room available that day. That kind of service really makes a difference and adds a lot to the overall experience. They have charging stations for electric vehicles, which is super convenient. From our room, we had floor-to-ceiling windows with a fantastic view of Sayram Lake. Breakfast was delivered right to our room, so we got to enjoy it while watching the sunrise – a moment and a view I'll cherish forever. Even in early April, the room was warm thanks to the air conditioning."
