"Excellent hotel, all services are perfect to relax and enjoy your vacation, with amazing swimming pools. I truly consider it an outstanding resort. They also offer great activities and a very personalized service. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Note about prices (they vary a lot): I stayed here during the low season and paid around $120–150 per night, which was a great deal. During the high season, however, in the week of Thanksgiving, I paid around $400 per night… which was crazy in my opinion, but I did it for my girlfriend 😅 The only downside is that pool bar prices are very expensive, and the same applies to the restaurants inside the resort. A big plus: there is a small Starbucks and a mini supermarket on the ground floor, which is extremely convenient."

"The hotel is in a great location. The beach downstairs may be the best in Cancun, with fine sand and clear water. It is a 10-minute walk from the port, and it is convenient to go to Isla Mujeres. The food here is also good, with stewed pork and stewed chicken, rice, and the drinks in the bar are delicious. Sometimes there are performances at night. The front desk service attitude is quite good, especially the male front desk in a dark blue short-sleeved shirt and glasses, who has a very good attitude. "When i booked this hotel, just look photos and price. I think like this expensive hotel must be excellent. But... 1. This is like 3 stars hotel. 2. Personals very bad. If you didn't pay them, nobody served for you. Just one time they can give you juice or something. Second time you need wait 20 minutes 3. I booked room for 2 people. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. And surely need pay.... 4. No any amenities. Just pool and restaurants. 5. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars. He you can't see any stars. 6. I think have just one reason for like this high price. It's a erotic show. Name is erotic. Nothing more. Just name:):):):) So, if you have money, and want to rest. Didn't go this hotel. I booked it for 5 days. But stay there just 1 night."

"I spent 3 night. The first night the fridge was not working and I went to the reception but was told it’s will be fixed in the morning. Someone came in the morning and checked and said its working.I came back from the pool and the fridge was not working. I went to the reception twice . They told me again that someone will come and check. The next day which was my last day. I went to the reception and requested to speak with a manager. The supervisor on duty was Alan. He apologized and offer me a new room for the night and allowed me for a late check out the next day."

"Overall, it's pretty decent. This was the second hotel we've stayed at in Cancun, and while the first one was pricier, leading to a slight downgrade, it doesn't overshadow this hotel's strengths. Its affordability is definitely one of its major advantages. The interior decor is a bit dated, which is understandable as the hotel has been around for decades. The service was generally good, and the staff were quite friendly and enthusiastic. The ocean is beautiful, and the food was decent. The only real drawback is how crowded it gets. If you're someone who dislikes busy environments, this hotel might not be for you. We even missed out on dining at the Italian restaurant due to the sheer number of people. To sum up, if you're a first-time visitor to Cancun looking for a truly comfortable or luxurious hotel experience, this might not be the ideal choice. However, if your main goal is simply to relax and lounge on a beautiful beach, then this place is perfectly adequate."

"The facilities, staff service, etc. are all the best. In particular, the sea in front of the resort is fantastic. There is a facility to rinse with water after playing in the pool or at the beach, and I think the consideration of turning on hot water is the basic mind of the hotel. "Let me start with the good things: all-inclusive, worry-free, food and beverage standards are really good (Japanese food is actually delicious for Asians, especially scallop melt; there are performances every night, the beach is beautiful (you can also walk to the Hyatt Beach next door for free & watch dolphins). Then let's start the complaints: I was in a really bad mood when I entered the hotel on the first day. They said that the whole hotel has sea view rooms, but they gave us a room with the most trees in the whole hotel!!! (I observed around the hotel), as shown in the picture, you can't see the sea at all... The phone was broken and I couldn't call room service or the front desk; there was no refill in the pen, and the device on the top of the door fell down and almost hit someone, the bathroom was old, the toilet cover was peeling and it hurt the skin when you sat down, the shower head was as shown, rusty + seriously clogged... Then the toilet was clogged, we had to go to the front desk to call someone to fix it. The bedding was very damp. At that time, I felt that I was wasting 6000rmb a night. There was no way to make an appointment for free activities by phone, you had to go to one end of the beach to ask, and when you asked, they said it was windy and there were two free kayaks and padel. We couldn't play boarding. When we asked when the wind would be less, we were told that we couldn't play all day. Then they promoted snorkeling (for a fee). After we left, we saw many people playing kayaks two hours later... We were too lazy to cross the entire sun-bathed beach to ask... The food was served very slowly. I don't know if it was to extend the dining time... Many restaurants had seats available but said that they couldn't serve us and we had to wait in line... In summary: If you want to book this hotel, you must be mentally prepared. Your money is spent on food and beach. Don't expect five-star hotel room facilities and services. Secondly, be prepared for endless tips to enjoy good service, otherwise you will be frowned, cold-faced, and neglected... The last two photos are of the rooms on the first floor that were being cleaned. They have much better sea views than the rooms on the second floor where we stayed 😩😩😩"

"It was an all-inclusive hotel for families. There are many types of restaurants and the food is delicious, so I was able to spend time without getting bored of the food. I was able to leave my luggage, change my clothes, and enjoy my meals before the check-in time, and I was grateful for the flexibility."
