Hotels with Jacuzzi in Adelaide

"It depends on what yore looking for. If you like being near central shopping centre and close to Uni , bitanic garden zoo and arrs precinct as well as the Adelaide market, then this is a pretty good location for that. there are limitted facilities ffor car parking whiach is on foirst in first serve basis, and you will be charged for that on top of your accommodation. Access is pretty good, and room are pretty basic. o cuttlery or bowls and plates, but there are cups and the usual tea and coffee on the house. anythin else ther is paid for"

"No car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change"

"I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the heated swimming pool — a really nice touch that added to the experience. What stood out the most, though, was the service. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Her attitude made a big difference and left a very positive impression. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I’d be happy to come back again."

"We stayed at Franklin Apartments twice during our trip to Adelaide. The location is convenient with restaurants on Leigh Street to the north and China Town to the south both easily accessible within a 10 minute walk. It has a Rose Bagels restaurant on the Ground floor accessible from the lobby which is highly regarded and was taken over by new owners during our stay in November 2025. Entrance to the hotel is from Bentham street which has a few on street parking spots which are great if you can get them for free overnight parking. The apartments are spacious with a full kitchen, living/dining areas and laundry facilities. The first apartment we stayed at also had a separate study area which was great for getting some work done."

"The room was spacious and bright, with an excellent downtown location within walking distance of the University of Adelaide. It was clean and well-maintained, and came with a variety of snacks, though these incurred an extra charge."

"It was ok, but not more. The two most important things for me in any hotel are a comfortable bed and a good shower. the bed was great but the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Aside from that, there were other issues that I would not expect from a hotel of this standard, carrying the prices it does. The TV power button did not work, neither did any of the top buttons on the remote. Once I turned the TV on at the GPO and then on the actual TV itself, I was unable to use the connected DVD player as the buttons to switch to it on the remote did not work. Breakfast was quite poor. Basically cereal or scrambled eggs with a few other options such as fruit cups, yoghurt and biscuits. It served my purpose being close to the convention centre, but I doubt I'd stay there again."

"The room was quite spacious and genuinely nice. Its location is super convenient, being close to the airport – an Uber ride was just around 25 AUD. Getting to the city center is easy via a local train, taking roughly 30 minutes. The neighborhood is vibrant with lots of convenient dining options. My only minor complaint is that the hotel is a bit dated."

"no staff on sites, check in 7/24 by ourselves. And location is excellent. And just few minutes to jetty road very busy area."
