"The hotel is very close to the NBA stadium in Sacramento, within 10 minutes of walking; there is an elevated on the side, the noise is OK; the bed is soft (I am a little uncomfortable for the hard bed, but the beds in the United States hotels are very soft, this hotel is still hard); the bathroom is clean; The rest of the hotel is good, but one thing that is unacceptable is that there is actually a piece missing in the middle of the blackout curtain. It is estimated that the air conditioner is installed below, and the upper is not easy to get, but other hotels that also install air conditioning below will use other methods to fill this blackout curtain. I hope this empty place can fill the curtains so that tourists can have a better sleep."

"A perfect hotel—I would say you truly get what you pay for. My husband and I really appreciated the early check-in at 9:30 a.m. We were very tired and wanted to rest, and even though we didn't request an early check-in, the staff automatically accommodated us. We were pleasantly surprised by their thoughtfulness. The room was perfect—spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I honestly couldn't find anything lacking. There was also complimentary drinking water available in the lobby, which was a nice touch. All of the receptionists were incredibly kind and greeted us warmly every time we entered or left the hotel. The breakfast was also delicious, and we really enjoyed it. I have nothing but positive things to say because this hotel provided us with outstanding comfort and an exceptional experience. Thank you so much, Hyatt House Midtown Hotel, for your wonderful hospitality. If we ever return to Sacramento, we will definitely book this hotel again. This version keeps your enthusiastic tone while making it read more naturally and professionally."

"This hotel was great. Very clean, spacious room, friendly helpful staff. It’s 15 mins from the airport and offers a free transfer which was amazing and Omar, my driver, was wonderful, we had a lovely chat. Breakfast is early, stops at 9am so watch for that. But there are loads of restaurants, and a Sprouts just 10 mins up here road. I would definitely stay here again if I’m passing through Sacramento"

"A Cool place to stay and good experience but nothing in my room worked. The outlets and usb did not work and could not plug my phone in. The tv was not clear and fuzzy. The hotel phone in the room did not work. The room did not have a blanket. The bathroom needed a good cleaning. The girl who checked us in was not not helpful and didn’t know about the hotel. She also told us to come back for ice then said she was the only one there and could not get it and told us to walk to the bar. The guy at the bar didn’t seem happy to leave the bar to get the ice. The food was good and the dinning staff was amazing. "

"In order to visit relatives, I chose a hotel close to their home. The average room rate is close to 300 US dollars per night. In terms of 2000 RMB per night, the room is constantly dusty, the carpet is not very clean, there may be too many tourists, and there is no way to do it properly. During the 4 days of staying, there were 2 big and one small, and I had been informed in advance, but I had to be informed again every day to provide an extra set of bath towels. The sheets on the bed were not long enough, so a piece of the cleaning pad was leaked, and even the pillows were forgotten after making the bed... For cleaning, the lamps were put on the head of the bed and forgot to put back... Little things like that. The sound insulation of the room is very poor, except that through the bathroom ventilation duct, you can hear the sound of cars whizzing by on the street outside. On the third day of check-in, there is a large-scale wedding, and the party next door will last until 12:30 in the morning. The front desk informed several people Only once did I give up. The location is not bad, close to the old city, state capital... But because it is located in the downtown, there are a lot of young people. On the second night of our stay, we met Blink182's performance. The plaza, nearby stores and restaurants were full of fans, and the air was filled with a strong smell of smoke. What's more, breakfast can only be ordered to the room. There is no restaurant that provides breakfast, and there is no supermarket (the hotel does not provide water, and there will be an extra fee for asking for water at the front desk). It is not used to and inconvenient for children. More business-oriented and young, Posh! The hotel swimming pool is good, but it is a pity that it is open until 7:00 in the evening. A bit early for Sac summer. Overall, this is a hotel suitable for young people, not for family travel. The hotel staff is pretty good. It's just that I am personally older, so I probably won't come back to this hotel next time."

Hotel near Downtown Sacramento,Sacramento
Hyatt Centric Downtown Sacramento is located next to the Golden One Center, home of the Sacramento Kings and numerous special events and concerts, and in the DOCO entertainment district. Featuring an on-site restaurant, The Headliner, 6th floor rooftop bar, The Clayton Club, and a Market called Interlude. In a Chic modern décor featuring Jazz music theme throughout giving homage to its historical roots. A 2,000 sq. ft. ballroom with pre-function lobby, plus private dining options are available.

"Overall: would stay again! Nice hotel, room, bar, food, very convenient location. LOCATION: Convenient! Right next to DOCO and the Golden 1 Center. Old Sac is a few minutes walk away. Public transport nearby. HOTEL: The decor was a lovely, sophisticated, modern take on various historical periods. Music is a theme, nodding to the historic past of the building. Balcony bar - Art Deco. Clean, eye-catching, charming. Emerald velvet chairs and gold-toned metal accents, whimsical 1920’s & ‘30’s music playing overhead, and servers dressed in simple roaring ‘20’s attire. Menu: Small bites. Phyllo baked brie, oysters, ahi poke, short ribs, Asian lettuce wraps, and more. 1st floor restaurant - “7th Street Standard”, is the name. Bright & elegant with simplicity. This restaurant can be a standalone; it’s better than a “hotel restaurant” in food quality, artistry, and presentation. Didn’t eat here this time, but have before. I recall everything being good! Great drinks last time!! Had happy hour drinks this time ($10), still great! Handcrafted, fresh, subtle sweetness for balance, nothing syrupy or fake-colored (reg price $15). Happy hour food and drinks available 3-6pm. Full menu includes trout, salmon, pork belly, and other goodies. ROOM: I like the decor. The lamps were cool: gold dipped bulbs, bronze-colored cones, retro meets are deco feel. There’s a handy motion-censored light under the bathroom vanity when you don’t want to turn on a bright light at night, light-framed mirror for easy getting ready, spacious bathroom. Views from my particular room were not worth seeing. Good blackout curtains in-room, lots of natural light when open. Bathroom basics included: shampoo, conditioner, lotion soap. Not included: q-tips, cotton balls, etc. The mini fridge could fit some small leftover food boxes. Plenty of outlets near the bed. I don’t recall any food snacks offered for sale. $5 Fiji. Open rack closet, and drawers available. I believe my room was 320 sqft, with enough space to roll out a mat and do a room workout, if that’s your thing (or gym on 4th floor). AREA OFFERINGS: There’s a Starbucks Reserve steps from the hotel and many places to eat, drink & entertain within easy walking distance (steakhouse, bowling alley, movies, rooftop pool bar, beer vault, and SO much more!). While it’s a nice area (million-dollar condos and attractions next door), another block over in one direction becomes a not-so-nice area (homelessness and refuse), so just be mindful of what direction you’re heading, if that bothers you. PARKING: There are unattended daily parking lots right next to the hotel ($13-$16ish/10hrs), hourly metered parking, attended hourly/daily lots, valet ($40 seems to get you 2-day parking with in & out privileges; I valeted early evening, pickup needed before 2:45-ish a.m. on the third day). Valet had a very easy texting system. They texted me my valet ticket with a clickable link to call my car when desired. The link let me know the progress of my incoming car (“requested”, “on the way”, “ready”), so I knew exactly when I needed to head out and could enjoy my time until then. You can tip through the link, too. "

Residence Inn by Marriott Sacramento Downtown at Capitol Park would be a strong choice for a stay in Sacramento, especially if you want more space and the convenience of an extended-stay setup. Its location is excellent, right by Capitol Park and close to the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center, Midtown restaurants, shopping, and downtown attractions. The suites are practical and comfortable, with full kitchens, work space, free Wi-Fi, and a layout that works well for business travelers, families, or longer visits. Added perks like complimentary hot breakfast, an outdoor heated pool, fitness center, and the on-site Juju Kitchen & Cocktails make the stay feel easy and self-contained. It may not feel like a luxury boutique hotel, but for comfort, location, and value in downtown Sacramento, it is a very reliable option.

The room had a strong smell that we had to crack the window and turn on the air for the smell to go away, the place is old, so for the price of $130 a night is ok right? Well.. So I booked this room using trip.com app and because of that the front desk girl required me to pay $250 as a security deposit.. if not I had to leave, so if you add it up, to stay a night at this place in a so so room, I had to charge $129+$250 security deposit +10 parking = so after $390 I could have a night of sleep. I just hope I can get my deposit back as soon as possible. They said 5 to 7 days. So just you know before you go!

The hotel is large and spread out across a vast area. It is situated in the heart of Sacramento, making it easily accessible to visit downtown and other areas. Many good restaurants are nearby. The building is old, probably built in the 80s, but the rooms are remodeled, clean, and spacious. The price for a Sunday stay in June was very affordable, which is why we chose this hotel. The only complaint is the confusing shower. The blue dot indicated hot water, and the red dot indicated cold water. No instruction or warning sign, so my daughter had to take a cold shower. We thought the hot water was out, so called a maintenance guy, who came right away and was friendly, by the way. This was a more affordable option in a safe and convenient area, suitable for a family budget trip. And, of course, we loved the welcome cookies!

The hotel is relatively quiet. While the facilities are a bit dated, especially the air conditioner, which is quite noisy, it's very clean and the bed is large and comfortable. It's close to the river and has an old bridge, so the riverside is often crowded. Mornings are simple, but okay. It's a short drive to the old town, so there aren't many people out in the morning, making it perfect for taking photos!
