The blindly selected hotel is completely beyond expectations! The hotel is not very large, but the layout is reasonable and the environment is beautiful. From the public area to the interior of the room, you can feel the intention. Table tennis, billiards, bars, swimming pools and other entertainment facilities are all available. The decorations and lighting atmosphere are full of details everywhere, exquisite and textured. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain and has a panoramic view. The sanitary conditions are not to be picked. The beds, bathrooms and desktops in the room are spotless, and the clean and tidy environment makes people live in a particularly safe environment. The most praise is the hotel staff! The ERKAN manager is warm and friendly, especially interesting, and will communicate with us in Chinese when you have time. The atmosphere of the whole hotel is very good under the driving of the ERKAN manager. Every service staff will be very happy to see you and say hello very warmly. Our family spent a very pleasant two days here. Whether it is hardware facilities or service experience, it is full marks. I will definitely choose to stay here for two more days next time.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise on my trip to Turkey. Before booking, I was already disheartened after reading reviews of hotels near Kaş, as the area lacks major hotel groups, and many hotels with beautiful pictures had negative reviews about poor service. Ultimately, I chose this hotel based on its aesthetic appeal, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. 1. The actual view of the hotel is even better than the photos. The 150-square-meter suite with a pool has a fantastic sense of size and view. Although the decor is indeed basic, it's completely worth the price and offers excellent value. 2. The hotel is located in Kalkan, a town about half an hour's drive from Kaş. Compared to the hustle and bustle of Kaş, this town is peaceful and tranquil, perfect for travelers who prefer quiet. The hotel also enjoys its own private rocky coastline, and there weren't many guests at the moment. 3. I only ate at one restaurant, which wasn't bad, but Turkish cuisine is generally average, so don't expect too much. 4. The hotel has two public swimming pools, and the hotel itself is built in a tiered shape, offering fantastic views and great photo opportunities.

The hotel is located halfway up a mountain, with beautiful scenery and warm service. The hotel dog is adorable. The only downside is that the mosque next door makes loud prayers for about 10 minutes around 4:30 AM.

This is what a real hotel should be. The owners are very welcoming people, they can speak some English and they are always ready to help you with everything. The structure is very modern and very clean and you can feel the attention for details. Rooms are big and comfortable, they come with a terrace too, the bathroom is also big and the shower comes with a huge quantity of hot water. Breakfast is delicious and there is a swimming pool outside. Location is only 15 mins driving from Xanthos and Letoon. The price is reasonable, but except from many other places you go in Turkey you have the quality. Hope it will be the same in the future and that they won’t increase the price too much as it normally happens for such places, so that we might have the chance to come back again. 😊I personally highly recommend it!

Location: 💯 Service: 💯 Room: 💯 Cleanliness: 💯 Right in the heart of the small town, very accessible and easy to find. The cleanliness, hospitality and service is impeccable. Complimentary fruit platter was delivered to our room to our surprise. They also proactively asked for our check in timing and help us with our luggage from car drop off area which we highly appreciate. There were also breakfast in the morning with decent selection. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and definitely will stay this place if we ever visit again🌟

This hotel is run down. The pier is falling apart, and there's mold in the rooms. While the furniture in the room is in good condition, the cleaning could be better. I wouldn't recommend the economy rooms – they have poor soundproofing, low ceilings, a bad smell, and mold. The breakfasts are good, though. The staff at the pier and front desk are friendly.

This review is actually more about Radisson Blu Kas than Novva Hotels Kas, as we ended up staying at Radisson Blu. We arrived in Kas late at night and found that Novva Hotels Kas was closed: there was no staff on site and the reception was not operating. Since our stay had been prepaid, the situation was quite unpleasant and stressful after a long journey. We contacted the reception through Trip.com, and the agent explained that due to technical reasons the hotel was temporarily closed, and guests were being accommodated at the neighboring Radisson Blu Kas. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this in advance, which was the main downside of the experience. Luckily, Radisson Blu is located very close by, and from that point on everything was excellent. We were warmly welcomed and offered an upgraded room with a stunning sea view (we had originally booked a sea-view room at Novva). The service was outstanding, the room was very comfortable, and the breakfasts were excellent. We initially planned to stay for just one night, but ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. I cannot really comment on Novva Hotels Kas itself, as we did not stay there, but Radisson Blu Kas exceeded our expectations. It seems that the two hotels may be operating in cooperation. Overall:
— the only negative was the lack of prior notice about Novva being closed;
— the service and hospitality at Radisson Blu were excellent. If judging by the actual stay experience, everything was great :)

Stopped at Radisson Blu Kaş for one night while passing through, and it was a delightful surprise! The hotel is in such a beautiful, authentic spot — the sea and mountain views are absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere feels calm and welcoming, with genuine Turkish hospitality. There’s an adorable dog named Güneş living at the property — super friendly and affectionate, she instantly became the highlight of our stay. Breakfast was solid: not a huge selection, but everything fresh and delicious — warm pastries, ripe fruits, local cheeses. Only downside: excellent sound insulation… or rather, the lack of it. Walls are thin, and from 6:30 AM we could hear everything happening in neighboring rooms. Light sleepers, take note! It’s not cheap, but the price is justified by the Radisson brand and prime location. Overall, a fantastic spot for a quick overnight with stunning views. Завтрак хороший: выбор не огромный, но всё свежее, вкусное — свежая выпечка, фрукты, местные сыры. Единственный минус — очень сильная слышимость через стены. С 6:30 утра слышали буквально всё, что происходит в соседних номерах. Если вы чувствительны ко сну, стоит учесть. Стоимость немаленькая, но вполне оправдана брендом Radisson и потрясающей локацией. В целом отличное место для короткой остановки с видами. Рекомендую любителям аутентики и красивых пейзажей!

Very good hotel. Because it is off-season, there are not many people, the store gave the room in the separate villa, very quiet. There is also a washing machine refrigerator. The restaurant staff is also warm and courteous and the food is fresh. The fireplace is warm and comfortable.
