"проживали в отеле две ночи. до этого жили еще в двух в Каше, так что есть с чем сравнивать. 1) разрешили оставить чемодан на ресепшене до заселения, предлагали заселить раньше. 2) учли наши пожелания о проживании не на 1 этаже, заселили на 3 этаж. 3) номер чистый, уютный, выглядит очень красиво и хорошо за свои деньги, есть телевизор со смартом, холодильник, чайник, кондиционер. учитывая, что отель направлен на СПА, в ванной хорошие моющие парфюмированные средства. 4) завтрак включен в стоимость по системе шведского стола. вкусно, питательно, без изысков, однообразно. кофе вкусный, готовят в фильтре. 5) персонал гостеприимный, дружелюбный, благодаря им очень приятные впечатления от отеля, спасибо! для многих это местоположение может оказаться как плюсом, так и минусом. так как это самый центр старого города, рядом находятся заведения, и вечером будет слышна музыка, шум и гам. но нам это не помешало, так как Каш нас выматывал до очень крепкого сна."

"The hotel is located near the sea. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the town square, and 10 minutes to walk in the opposite direction to the ancient theater. You can see the sea from the window (but there is a building in front of it). The interior furnishings are clean and retro, and the small balcony is very popular. It is very pleasant to drink black tea in the evening with the sea breeze. There is enough hot water for bathing, and the water flow is also strong. The only thing I care about is that the ventilation window in the bathroom can clearly hear the voices of other residents talking in the bathroom 😂 Other than that, it is still good. "Отличный отель, расположен не сильно в горку, поэтому ходить в центр и обратно более чем комфортно. Вид из номера и с террасы, где проходит завтрак просто шикарный. Завтрак вкусный и всего более, чем достаточно. Террасой можно пользоваться в любое время. Владельцы доброжелательные, помогли с обменом валют и с парковкой машины рядом с отелем, а то в Каше есть с этим проблемы. Рекомендую, выбирайте этот отель, не пожалеете😉"

"The hotel is located in the cozy and quiet Kasha neighborhood. The grounds are small, but the views are just like those in beautiful Pinterest photos. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything you need is there: a restaurant, a lounge area, a pool, and more. We loved the food at the hotel; the portions are large, and the food is delicious and fast. Only the main restaurant is open; the bar and Asian restaurant have been closed since last year, and they haven't removed the menus or signs. When we checked in, we waited about 40 minutes for our room, even though we arrived after 4:00 PM, which is also check-in time. It was clear the room had been cleaned just before we arrived. The renovations were very tired and shabby. We were shocked by the synthetic bedding, which was covered in pilling. The rooms are practically never cleaned. We only noticed the beds being made. There were often not enough towels, the balcony windows were dirty, we only received drinking water once upon check-in, and our eyecups weren't washed; they'll stay that way for the rest of our stay. We ordered two glasses of Prosecco to our room, but they only responded an hour later and brought us just glasses. The staff's English is poor. The only girl in the restaurant who spoke Russian was able to help us with a basic order for an omelet for breakfast. The hotel doesn't have its own beach. It's located on the grounds of another hotel and can be reached by foot (about 20 minutes) or by a convenient shuttle (5 minutes), which runs every hour. Be prepared to climb 300 steps up and down to get to the beach after the shuttle. The water is deep and the stairs lead directly into the water, and the water is incredibly clear! The beach itself has beautiful and comfortable beds, but it's still dirty... there are dirty glasses, napkins and bottles scattered about, and the beautiful mattresses on the sun loungers are completely uncleaned. For a Radisson, this is a very poor hotel and service."

However, there is really a problem with cleaning and cleanliness in the rooms, which is written by everyone who stays at this hotel. On the second day, the cleaning came to our room half an hour before the end of their working day, when we asked to come in 10-15 minutes, they said that their working day was already ending and they were ready to do the cleaning here and now. As a result, in front of us, they quickly changed the towels and that's it, that's where the cleaning ended. On the third and fourth days, they cleaned the room well from the outside. Clean towels every day, pillowcases were also changed. But the floors are dirty, dust, hair, but we walked in slippers, and put on flip-flops in the shower. Breakfasts are monotonous, but you won't go hungry. You can always choose something to your taste. It is possible to get to the beach, where a shuttle takes you, not all hotels on the peninsula have this option. But you need to be prepared that before getting to the beach you have to go down and then up about 8 floors. Sun loungers are different, those with mattresses look tired, stained, moldy from dampness. We always chose other, metal ones, towels are given out on the beach. The water in the sea is clean, transparent, entry into the water from the pier."

The room is simply decorated as shown. When I checked in, the Turkish guy at the door gave me lemonade. Picture 1 is the entrance. There is a cafe on the first floor, so it's very secluded. "Расположение прекрасное - буквально пару минут до центральной улицы, рядом с заправкой. Очень тихо, два балкона, с одного видно море немного. Ресепшен надо звонить-приходит через несколько минут. Но если нет возможности позвонить, можно дойти-сами они находятся в нескольких домах, если выйти из здания, то налево и еще раз налево: там сразу видно улочка упирается в Neva Duygu Apart (на фото) Мебель и комнаты в хорошем состоянии, плотные шторы, на кухне минимально необходимое есть. Духовки и микроволновки нет. Телевидение- местное, стиральная машина, но порошок покупать самим На кухне был прикольный ножик. Вернулась домой-купила себе такой же:)"
