GGuest UserComing out of Fethiye, I booked a hotel on the way to Kaş. When I was planning the trip, I thought I could leave two days of hotel time for flexible arrangements. It turned out to be quite good. Kalkan is a petite, comfortable and slow-paced place. For this reason, I didn’t stay in Kaş in the end, but stayed in Kalkan for two more days.
1. In terms of transportation, Kalkan is between Fethiye and Kaş. The D400 highway passes through the town. It is a circular town built on the beach. It is not big in general, but it is difficult to drive or walk in the city on the hillside. You need to be careful when driving. True Blue is not far from the beach (but not close to the beach);
2. In terms of decoration, the hotel is a Mediterranean-style suite with one bedroom and one living room. The bedroom is small enough for two small beds or a king-size bed to sleep. The bedding is very comfortable; the living room of the suite is quite large, and it is very comfortable to take a nap. I especially like the small balcony of the suite. It is unique to blow the sea breeze, drink something and eat some snacks. In addition, the bathroom is very clean;
3. In terms of the public area environment, there is a large swimming pool and a bar on the first floor that opens until 10 pm. The swimming pool is very clean; the hotel has a courtyard restaurant, which is mainly the breakfast area. Since it is on the first floor by the sea, the environment is very good, and bees often visit during breakfast;
4. The hotel service is quite good. The reception manager speaks good English and is very enthusiastic.

11352266****A small but beautiful hotel with simple decoration. It is close to the mountains and faces the sea. There are scattered green plants. The balcony view satisfies my fantasy of the Mediterranean. I can enjoy the sunset from the room. Sparkling water and beach blankets are provided, and valet parking is available. The service staff are friendly and friendly. It is within a 10-minute walk from the town center and the pier, but it is relatively fresh and quiet.

I can't thank the lovely and attentive staff enough for their exceptional hospitality. The breakfast was delightful, and to our surprise, they even prepared customized Indian dishes for us, which weren’t on the menu. What amazed us even more was that some of the staff could speak Hindi, making us feel right at home. Truly a memorable experience!

XXiyesymoThe hotel is located near the sea. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the town square, and 10 minutes to walk in the opposite direction to the ancient theater. You can see the sea from the window (but there is a building in front of it). The interior furnishings are clean and retro, and the small balcony is very popular. It is very pleasant to drink black tea in the evening with the sea breeze. There is enough hot water for bathing, and the water flow is also strong. The only thing I care about is that the ventilation window in the bathroom can clearly hear the voices of other residents talking in the bathroom 😂 Other than that, it is still good. CCraig50The originally booked sea view room for three people was on the second floor. The sea view could only be seen through the cracks. After negotiating with the boss, we were moved to a family room on the fourth floor for free. The view was amazing. The only drawback was the loud noise coming from the speakers of the mosque next door. The call to prayer wakes us up on time at 6:00! The hotel breakfast is quite rich!

It's a very clean room in a small town like this. The kekova trip experience in Kas was also super good. I will come again if I have the chance.
The disadvantage is that the location is relatively far away, and taxi prices have increased. Taking a taxi to the town costs 220 liras. If you plan to go to sea, you don't need to live on the peninsula.
