KuVirakornIf you’re looking for a charming, theme-consistent stay in Phrae, The Indigo House is a fantastic choice. The property beautifully blends traditional Northern Thai aesthetics with a clean, modern touch, staying true to its name with lovely indigo accents throughout.
The Atmosphere & Rooms
The hotel immediately feels welcoming with its warm wooden architecture and thoughtful decor.
The Rooms: Very clean and comfortable. The indigo-patterned runners and pillows add a nice local touch, and the beds are perfect for a restful night.
The Bathroom: A standout feature! The blue-and-white patterned tiling is gorgeous and makes the space feel bright and fresh. It’s well-maintained with good water pressure and a reliable heater.

When we arrived at the manor, although it was late, the landlord still took care of us enthusiastically. The manor was so beautiful and surprising! The landlord reminded us that tomorrow morning, we could see the sunrise from the restaurant facing the rice fields🌅
The next morning, we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise feast, so beautiful and touching!
It was a pity that we had to leave in a hurry. Before departure, the landlord took the initiative to help us find information on motorcycle riding to Laos on the computer, which was very enthusiastic!
Thank you for the landlord's enthusiasm! Thank you for the landlord's blessings! Thank you for the beautiful manor created with care! This is the most beautiful and thoughtful homestay we have stayed in on this trip!

Toto154The hotel is located in a very good location, making it convenient to get around. The building and common areas are beautifully decorated with lush trees and warm lighting, creating a cozy, relaxing, and beautiful atmosphere, especially at night. The parking lot is clean, spacious, and can accommodate many cars, so you don't have to worry about parking.
Location and Surrounding Atmosphere:
Although the hotel is located near nightlife attractions, making it easy to go out and enjoy the nightlife, the atmosphere inside is quiet and peaceful, free from external noise. This is a highlight for those who enjoy nightlife but still want a relaxing rest.
Rooms and Amenities:
The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. They are fully furnished and have plenty of space for belongings and luggage. However, one thing to consider is that the soundproofing in the rooms is quite weak. The rooms don't block out sound very well, so you might occasionally hear conversations from the next room, even if they are speaking in a normal tone.
Breakfast and Value for Money:
The highlight of this place is the breakfast. The hotel offers a buffet with a wide variety of choices, including rice porridge, steamed rice, and two delicious side dishes. The taste is excellent. Considering the quality of the rooms, atmosphere, breakfast, and location, combined with the room price, it's an incredibly good value for money accommodation.

Guest UserI recently spent two nights at the Comfy Japanese Style Hotel, Kinnotel, and had a pleasant stay. Here's a breakdown of my experience:
Room and Amenities:
Japanese Style Design: The room featured a charming Japanese aesthetic, with traditional decor that added a unique touch to the stay.
Room Comfort: The room was comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small. However, it was well-maintained and perfectly acceptable for a short stay.
Convenient Laundry: One of the highlights was the availability of a washing machine and dryer. For just 90 baht, I was able to do my laundry, which was very convenient.
Location:
Central Location: The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the town.
Nearby Amenities: There are several food stalls nearby, and the Big C Supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient for picking up essentials.
Overall, my stay at Kinnotel was comfortable and convenient, especially for those looking to experience a blend of traditional Japanese design with modern amenities in a central location.

Dream it Do it
The Maeyom Palace hotel is an older hotel with a nice large parking lot and a beautiful pool! But wait, there is a reason it is called a palace. This is not any normal hotel. It has a palatial entrance and lobby full of beautiful teak furniture and ceramics. The floors are solid granite, and everything else is teak. Although the building is a little dated you feel like you are entering a castle! It’s very grand, and the price is very reasonable!
The view of the surrounding mountains is very good and there are a few restaurants and cafes nearby.
Although it is not in the center of town, it is a few blocks from the Green Bus Station. If you plan on onward travel to Chiang Rai on Green Bus this is an ideal location. We recommend having a car to see Wat Na Khu Ha, other major temples, and coffee shops and markets. Things are a bit spread out and GRAB is hard to find.
If you are planning a stay in Phrae we recommend the Maeyom Palace, and their friendly helpful staff.

1. The elevator is noisy (even though my room was far away).
2. The kettle is not clean.
3. The TV remote is dusty.
4. The bathtub is dusty.
5. The hot water system in the bathtub is dirty, cloudy, and reddish, as shown in the picture.
6. The TV signal is unclear.
7. The bed is soft, and there are 4 soft pillows.
8. There are many electrical outlets.
9. The housekeepers are noisy, shouting and talking to each other on different floors because there is a central hallway where the rooms face each other.
I want a room that is fully functional, not one where I have to report problems.
