It was a pity that we had to leave in a hurry. Before departure, the landlord took the initiative to help us find information on motorcycle riding to Laos on the computer, which was very enthusiastic! Thank you for the landlord's enthusiasm! Thank you for the landlord's blessings! Thank you for the beautiful manor created with care! This is the most beautiful and thoughtful homestay we have stayed in on this trip!"

"Location: Situated in the city, easy access to the city center, but the location is not crowded and quite quiet. Parking: Enough parking available. Cleanliness of the room: Clean. Room amenities: - The mattress was neither too soft nor too hard, very comfortable. - The wardrobe had a large full-length mirror, making it easy to see when getting dressed. - The bathroom had a clear separation between wet and dry areas, making it convenient to use."

"It is an ordinary hotel, not very beautiful, the rooms are not very big, there is no elevator for people but there is a lift for luggage, there is no restaurant, people who want to stay must go out to eat first because there is no service in the hotel, there is no place for children to run around."

"The elevator wasn't working and the rooms are quite tight. The sink is in the bedroom, so there's not much other space to put things. But it's probably the nicest in Phrae. The shower was good, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. "

"We discovered the homestay in 2023 and returned this year for a seven night stay. The setting is delightful, a smart architect-designed complex set among rice paddies with a mountain range as the backdrop. Rural bliss. The owners do a great job in looking after their guests, with well-trained staff in support. The bedrooms are simple but stylish, with views over the gardens or to the mountains, and are spotlessly clean. The dinner menu offers a good range of well-prepared thai and western dishes served in a stunning roof-top setting. For us, our week was wonderful, and excellent value for money."

"Room # 316 - 1 x Night booked via Agoda 3rd stay in the same room. The room now really is looking Dirty and Tired. Bedroom really needs an upgrade ( wall paint, bathroom tiles ) Even our bed had 3 rear bard missing making back support ineffective. There is a VERY LOUD Karaoke bar next door which goes till Midnight!!! Breakfast IS GOOD, great selection and terrific quality. Not sure we will stay here again till they upgrade their Rooms :( "
