The hotel is a beautiful small wooden room that gives you a handful of wooden bedrooms and offers you bikes to walk along the Mekong. to taste the beer from Laos just in front .. Thank you

Good atmosphere, located on the walking street, easy to travel, lovely service, not expensive, highly recommended. But for the elderly, it may be difficult to walk up the stairs. Overall, it's good.

The first time I arrived, the staff seemed to have a problem with parking. They only dropped off their bags in front of the hotel for a moment. It seemed like they couldn't handle it. So I had to ask permission from the accommodation on the other side to park. I went with my 2.5-year-old child. The staff told me not to make loud noises. I was aware of and understood the rules. But after that, they kept telling me until I felt very uncomfortable, even though the child hadn't made any loud noises yet. But the adults in the other room were making loud noises all night long. There was the sound of walking on the wood until I couldn't sleep. The accommodation is not soundproof at all. 📍Note: We already informed that there were children staying. If you're going to pressure us about the noise this much even though our child hasn't made any noises yet, you should write that this place doesn't accept children.

kim min hyonThe clip that I went to Went for a trip and then went to a running event held in Chiang Khan. Book accommodation as a guest house in the area next to Kaeng Khut Khu, less than 50 meters away from Kaeng Khut Khu. Kaeng Khut Khu is very beautiful. The accommodation has a very convenient parking area. Can park many cars The accommodation is a 2-story house. You can walk up to the roof on the top floor to see the view of the Mekong River mountains and see the rapids. The atmosphere is very good. As for the room that likes the picture, it's on the 2nd floor. The owner is very kind, providing 2 beds and has amenities such as a refrigerator, TV, and air conditioner. The bathroom was in good working condition and clean. I would like to invite my friends to go to Chiang Khan, go to Kaeng Khut Khu and stay at this accommodation as well. The owner is very nice. When I first walked in, I smiled and greeted him very friendly. But during the trip, the owner was renovating some parts of the accommodation to make it better. Friends who go after I go should be able to see the novelty of this accommodation. Room prices are not expensive and appropriate. The food park should be able to order and have food available, but on the day I went, I didn't eat at the accommodation. May you be happy with your travels.

Anonymous UserThis is a pleasant place to stay overall, but considering the price it charges, they really need to upgrade their service and amenities. The property itself is nice in terms of location and vibe, but it's not very well-maintained that you wouldn't expect at this price point. It also lacks basic 4-star amenities; for instance, there's no regular restaurant service where you can just walk in and order a meal for lunch or dinner, the food is tasty, no doubt, but you have to plan your meals in advance rather than enjoying the convenience of an on-demand dining experience. Round-the-clock service is simply not available since the staff clocks off by around 9:30 or 10:00 PM, making it function more like an Airbnb than a proper hotel. Another major issue is the telecom network—there is literally no phone reception in the area, and you might end up picking up a Laos network instead, which is quite frustrating; thankfully, the property has good WiFi, so you can easily stay connected to the world through that. That said, the staff themselves are wonderful, very polite, pleasant, and genuinely helpful with most things, which does make the stay more comfortable. That really covered for everything during my stay. However, there's also no proper power backup in case of outages, which is concerning for a property at this rate. So yes, it's a decent place if you go in with the right expectations and don't mind limited service hours and network issues.

The place is located in the center, which is easy to walk around and enjoy a single moment in the city. A hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. However, it would be very helpful if you can provide instruction on the parking area, which would be save time and easy for guest to find the parking. All others service are perfect.

First of all, the brother who takes care of the capsule takes good care of it. Very friendly And the air capsule is very cool, the water flows strongly near the walking street at the end of the alley near 7-11 near the breakfast shop When returning, he came to send it to the car. Accommodation is loft style. And my luck is to stay alone in the whole hotel. It's like renting a hotel to sleep. It's calm, not busy. Finally, I recommend staying here. Very good.

The accommodation area is a bit untidy.
We stayed in a room on the building.
The room is not very clean. A little dusty
But the overall picture is ok.
Breakfast is provided. Breakfast seats, good atmosphere, next to the Mekong River.

Chiang Khan is a small river town with the magic of the Mekong river bringing visitors from far and near. With that, prices are exorbitant. Supposedly our room was for 4 persons but we used only one king size bed. The bedsheets were badly stained and we used the lesser of the two dirty ones. Mini Fridge didn't work and we asked for a replacement but it didn't work either. Bathroom was dirty at the corners and we wore slippers while bathing. Aircon was noisy but cold enough. Aarrgg..not coming back here again even for free.
