"Great location just off beautiful walking street and fantastic promenade by the river. The hotel room was very modern with a good bathroom. The staff were very friendly. helpful and efficient. I'm sensitive to noise. No problem here. Took a 2 hour leisurely sunset boat trip on the river from 5pm and had a nice meal in one of the many waterfront hotel bars after a pleasant stroll through walking street. Great value for money."

GGuest UserWe booked 4 rooms with the gang. I sleep alone and I have dyed hair. But in the bathroom, there is still black hair near the bathroom door. I'm not sure if the cleanup is not in time or what, but it's not an obstacle. I just feel that it shouldn't be there. The location is very close to the market. The room is not big. The usable area is small. It's really suitable for sleeping only. The water flows strongly. The light is normal. There is no glass bathroom door between the shower and the toilet (but there is a glass wall). The TV signal is not very good, so I didn't turn it on. But the Wi-Fi is very strong. I took my laptop to watch a movie. The staff provided good service. They called at 11 am to inform that the housekeeper would come to clean at 11:30. It's good that we made an appointment to check out at this time. If we really checked out at noon, I'm not sure if there would be a problem (the system said check out at 12:00). And for the breakfast coupon, I didn't have time to use it because the restaurants in that area will have a break during the day and open again in the evening. If I checked out at 11:30, I wouldn't be able to eat in time. For those who want to use this privilege, I recommend waking up early to eat.

The service is good and impressive. Very helpful Come make a surprise for your friend's birthday here. Lovely staff Please turn on the music and sing. I'm very impressed.

AAnonymous UserI stayed in a tent. It was smaller than I thought. I felt cramped. The tent smelled musty, probably because the air was humid. I hit my head on the tent beam many times 😭 (I was stupid). The breakfast was delicious. The bathroom was clean. I liked that there was a hair dryer, hair straightener, and hair curler provided.

เเล็กวาThe location of the hotel is very good, in the Chiang Khan walking street, cleanliness is good, the view at the back is a river view, the interior lacks a hair dryer, and the bathroom is narrow and not very convenient, the sanitary ware is still old-style. If the sanitary ware in the room is changed, it will be considered. It's good to have a lot of common areas to sit in. Overall it's considered good, but the price is a little high.

YYoyongyoThe hotel is right across from the Mekong River and about a 5-minute drive from the night market. The water pressure in the hotel rooms was excellent, although the drain was a bit clogged. The air conditioning seemed to be on but not working properly; you'd need to ask the hotel for a fan. Each room has a terrace, which is perfect for smokers, as indoor smoking is prohibited in Thailand. The hotel pool is beautiful and great for taking photos. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was delicious, and there were two photo spots at the breakfast area, along with a very cute cat that responds when you talk to it 🥰. The hotel has parking for drivers, and the parking lot has many mango trees 😆

GGuest UserWe were disappointed with our stay. We decided to treat ourselves and book a deluxe river view room. On arrival we discovered that the parking was a few streets away - a bit inconvenient and not as advertised. The room did indeed have a river view but the room was tiny. I am 5’7” and my partner is 6’3” and neither of us could enter the room without ducking down under the low doorframe. The ceiling in the room was very low and we both had to duck into the bathroom. I feel the ceiling height should be mentioned in the room listing as it really is very low and all but the shortest of guests would struggle. Luckily they had an upstairs room available, with a partial river view, which we changed to, at an added cost. The lady informed us that breakfast would be served in the restaurant across the road. She gave us a voucher for breakfast. When we woke up and went for breakfast the restaurant was closed and there was no one on reception to ask for help. We needed to check out and get our key deposit back but couldn’t find anyone to help us. After a few attempts of calling the hotel phone number I got an answer and a lady appeared a few minutes later. She took us to a restaurant a way down the street where we were able to get some food - this took ages to come and as we were already late in leaving due to no one being available to check us out we had to leave before all the food arrived. All in all we were really disappointed and felt that the price of the accommodation was not reflected in the standard of the room or the service we received.
